Teachers of our college have presided over or participated in 46 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation Project, the World Bank Loan Project of the State Education Commission, the key scientific and technological projects of Henan Province, the educational reform project of Henan Province and the key scientific and technological projects of Pingdingshan City, among which 17 won the scientific research award at or above the prefecture level and the outstanding teaching achievement award. The project "Development of KWN- 1B 1 Temperature Condensation Controller" completed by Zhou Fengqun passed the appraisal of the Provincial Science and Technology Department in February 2000 and won the first prize of 200 1 Pingdingshan Science and Technology Progress Award.

The project "Development of HTC- 1 Microcomputer Digital Temperature and Humidity Controller" completed by Zhou Fengqun passed the appraisal of Henan Science and Technology Department in August 2002 and won the first prize of Pingdingshan Science and Technology Progress Award.

Six projects, such as "Research on DC Detection Selective Leakage Protection of Low-voltage IT Power Grid" hosted by Liu Fang, passed the appraisal of Henan Science and Technology Department in 2005;

Wang Yanhui presided over the completion of the project "Signal Distribution Control of Remote Audio and Video System", which was appraised by the Municipal Science and Technology Commission in July 2000.

Wang Yong presided over the project of "Renovation of Kengkou Power Plant 1# boiler pulverizing system" and won the second prize of Pingdingshan Science and Technology Progress in 2004;
