How to make a word paper catalog?
Take 2007 as an example, and perform the following three steps to automatically generate the directory:

1. Insert a page number in the document first: double-click the footer to enter the footer, and then: Header and Footer Tool-Design-Header and Footer, "Page Number", and select according to the page number position;

2. Then set all the title styles in the document that need to enter the directory: select the title, start-style-title X, where X is the title level; In the style list, there are only commonly used styles. If you need to set other styles, press the function extension button in the lower right corner of the group to bring up the style window, and press "Options" in the lower right corner to bring up the list of all styles;

3. Finally, generate the directory: position the cursor at the directory insertion point, and refer to-Directory-Directory-Insert Directory, as shown in the figure. Make the required settings in the dialog box to generate the directory.
