1. Have firm socialist belief, patriotism and sense of social responsibility; Have good scientific research ethics and dedication to science; Establish a dialectical materialist world outlook; It has the virtues of seeking truth, seeking truth, cooperation and innovation.

2. The applicant must complete all the credits of the degree courses specified in the postgraduate training plan of this discipline and this major, and pass the examination results or make-up exams.

3. Graduate students should meet at least one of the following conditions:

(1) publishing papers in SCI journals;

(2) Accepting an invention patent and publishing a paper in the core journals of this major at home and abroad;

⑶ Publish two papers in domestic core journals.

4. Doctoral students should meet the following conditions according to different disciplines:

(1) doctoral students published 2 papers in SCI journals;

(2) Doctoral students publish a paper in SCI journals and accept an invention patent at the same time;

⑶ Doctoral students published 1 paper in SCI and 2 papers in domestic core journals.

5. The results in items 3 and 4 of this article require graduate students to be the first author (or inventor) or tutor as the first author and graduate students as the second author (or inventor). An SCI paper can be replaced by an article read at the general meeting of international conferences sponsored by international organizations, or by an article published in the internal reference of Xinhua News Agency or People's Daily.

6. In case of special circumstances, it can be explained by the graduate tutor and decided by academic degree evaluation committee through discussion.
