Step 4 enter the military school
College students can apply for military academies, and the age is no more than 23 years old; Soldiers with full-time college education can take the military undergraduate entrance examination, the age is not more than 24 years old, and the age of ethnic minorities is relaxed 1 year old.
Step 5 walk to the military school
The squad leader or technical director of the combat class of combat troops, who is not over 25 years old and has outstanding performance, can be sent to a military school for study and promoted to an officer after passing the training. 6. Direct drying
Graduates who participated in the first batch, the second batch and the third batch of the national unified college entrance examination (performed particularly well during their service) and obtained full-time undergraduate and bachelor degrees, and those who participated in the national unified postgraduate entrance examination and obtained full-time postgraduate degrees can be directly promoted. 7. Election and replacement of non-commissioned officers

8, instruction placement
Non-commissioned officers who have served in active service 12 years or more, retired soldiers who have won second-class merit or third-class merit during active service or wartime, and children of martyrs who have been disabled due to war, will be assigned jobs by the government.
9. Orientation exam

Fifty-seventh citizens who have the obligation to perform military service have one of the following acts, and the people's government at the county level shall order them to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, the people's government at the county level shall force them to perform their military service obligations and impose a fine:
(1) Refusing or escaping from military service registration;
(2) Citizens who apply for enlistment refuse or evade active service;
(3) reservists refuse or evade military training, undertake combat readiness tasks, carry out non-war military operations and enlist.
Anyone who commits the acts listed in the second paragraph of the preceding paragraph and refuses to make corrections shall not be employed as a civil servant or a staff member managed by referring to the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), or as a staff member of a state-owned enterprise or institution, and shall not leave the country or return to school within two years, and shall be included in the list of subjects who seriously fail to fulfill their national defense obligations to implement joint punishment.
