How to do well the work of class teacher under the curriculum reform

Doing a good job as a class teacher is the key to running a good school. A good school must have a strong team of class teachers. The student work is the main work of the class teacher. First, the class teacher should practice "internal strength"

To do class work well, we must strengthen our own construction. The key to the head teacher's self-construction is to improve his own quality and establish authority. Third, we must have multiple abilities. A class teacher should have many abilities, such as observation, analysis and judgment, organization and coordination, individual conversation, oral and written expression, ability to discover, cultivate and use talents, ability to sum up work and so on. However, as a class teacher, we should first observe students' thoughts, emotions and needs, capture students' ideological information, master students' true attitude, and achieve the ability to know people's faces but not their hearts, enlighten students' minds, combine education with management, and speak and talk.

Second, do a good job in student work.

The class teacher's practice of "internal strength" is the forerunner of doing a good job in student work. While striving to improve their own quality and ability, class teachers should make great efforts to do the following four tasks well.

First of all, establish a good class spirit, the class is a whole.

Students should study, live and grow in this group. We should show our strength and style in all school activities. A good environment can inspire and transform people. Therefore, this group needs a spirit, that is, the spirit of vigorous collectivism, the spirit of pursuing Excellence, the spirit of loving classes and learning. Where does this spirit come from? It comes from the persistent ideological education work of the class teacher. Attaching importance to ideological work is the basis for the class teacher to do all the work well, and it is also the magic weapon to build a good class. The work of class cadres includes a series of work such as selecting, cultivating, using and recommending cadres. Selection is the foundation. The class teacher can select those students who have outstanding performance, are willing to serve their classmates and have certain organizational ability as class cadres through various channels such as appointment and self-esteem. After the establishment of class committees and league branches, class teachers should strengthen their training and education. Although some students have served as class cadres in primary schools and junior high schools, their work contents and methods have changed since they entered secondary specialized schools. Therefore, the head teacher should give guidance on the work content, working methods and working art to help them handle the relationship between study and work. Handle the relationship between ability training and serving students, and the relationship between cadres and students. Thirdly, manage students boldly, strictly abide by school rules and regulations, pay attention to working methods, and often explain the importance of observing school rules and regulations in class.
