Steps:

Open Word20 13, click the Insert Table of Contents button in the Title group of the References tab to open the Chart Table of Contents dialog box, click the Options button to open the Chart Table of Contents Options dialog box, select the Style check box, and select the text style to apply to the table of contents from the drop-down list on the right. After setting, click OK to close the dialog box.

Click OK to close the Chart Table of Contents dialog box, and the chart table of contents can be inserted into the document. Hold down the "Ctrl" key and click the directory item, and you will be able to quickly locate the image corresponding to the directory item.

Open the chart directory dialog box again, click Modify to open the style dialog box, and click Modify in the style dialog box to open the modify style dialog box, and set the font, font size and paragraph format of the chart directory, as shown in the figure. Click "OK" button to close each open dialog box after setting, and the style of chart directory will change.
