There are two supplements of North China Agricultural News every year, which are included in China Journal Network. At present, at least 90% of the supplements of any first-class publications are not recognized, and even ordinary provincial publications are not comparable. So you'd better ask your tutor if your school's own regulations and supplements count, and outsiders have no way of knowing.
