First of all, the process is more standardized and the glaze color is more charming. From the late 1960s to the early 1970s, in order to adapt to the development of Jun porcelain, various manufacturers gradually updated their equipment, replaced the original hand-processed raw materials with machinery, and changed the hand-made wheel blank to the machine wheel blank. At the end of 1970s, Jun porcelain manufacturers set up laboratories one after another and purchased a large number of instruments to conduct Jun porcelain experiments, which provided a scientific basis for the formula and product inspection of tire glaze, and standardized various technological processes on the basis of summing up laws and learning from each other's strong points. At the same time, the manufacturer encourages artists to innovate boldly and solves many problems in the process of modeling and firing. According to the change of chemical composition of glaze in different kinds of flames, some old artists summed up the five-character Jun porcelain firing method, which not only improved the firing qualification rate from the original 10% to about 40%, but also shortened the firing time from 32 hours to 24 hours. In addition, the inverted flame kiln is widely used in various factories. By the end of 1977, a super-large "Jiaolong Noisy Bottle" with a height of 1.5 meters had been burned.
Secondly, the innovation ability is enhanced and the forms are constantly enriched. Enterprises pay more attention to the innovation and improvement of modeling while popularizing technology, standardizing technology and improving glaze color. 1983 Shennan Town established a ceramic vocational school with a four-year educational system and enrolled a group of children of workers interested in ceramics. Each factory also sent workers with a certain cultural level and technical foundation to the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts, Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute in Jiangxi Province and Northwest Institute of Technology for further study, and launched a series of technical contests and innovation competitions. Liu Fuan, the first master of arts and crafts in China in Jun porcelain industry, is one of the outstanding representatives. Driven by Liu Fuan, the No.1 Jun Porcelain Factory alone has completed more than 300 Jun Porcelain models. The "Jade Show Bottle" created by him and technicians won the first prize of outstanding creative design in the National Arts and Crafts Hundred Flowers Award. From the late 1970s to the mid-1980s, some well-known universities in China took Shen Xi as their creative research base, and famous experts such as Han Meilin, Liu Huanzhang, Zhou Guozhen, Gaozhuang, Wang Jiabin and Wang Maigan successively came to various porcelain factories to create on-site works, integrating sculpture art and modern art into Jun porcelain, which promoted the modeling of Jun porcelain from dozens in 1960s to hundreds. Han Meilin came to Yuzhou several times and made a milestone contribution to the breakthrough of Jun porcelain modeling with deformed, exaggerated and abstract Korean language.
Thirdly, pay attention to brand building, and its influence is expanding day by day. In 1980s, various manufacturers began to pay attention to brand building. The local state-owned Yuxian Porcelain Factory, Yuxian Jun Porcelain Factory No.1 and Yuxian Jun Porcelain Factory No.2 registered the trademarks of "Baoguang", "Yubao" and "Gemstone" respectively. 1983 134 Jun porcelain treasures newly created by Yuxian Jun Porcelain Factory No.2 were exhibited in China Art Museum. Jun porcelain, which has been silent for many years, entered the Chinese people's field of vision for the first time in a concentrated form and was warmly welcomed by celebrities from all walks of life and international friends. People's Daily, Xinhua News Agency and other 10 media reported this issue intensively, calling it "the reproduction of brilliant Jun porcelain". 1984, the "Shuanglong Living Ring Bottle" created by Yu County Jun Porcelain Factory No.2 won the first prize in the national arts and crafts ceramic industry appraisal, and the Jun Porcelain "Incense Burner" and "Elephant Ear Zun" created by Yu County Jun Porcelain Factory No.1 won the second prize in the excellent creative design of China Arts and Crafts Hundred Flowers Award. In the same year, the "Bao" brand Jun porcelain produced by Yuxian No.2 Jun porcelain factory and the "Yubao" brand Jun porcelain produced by Yuxian No.1 Jun porcelain factory both won the 4th National Arts and Crafts Product Appraisal and won the National Arts and Crafts Hundred Flowers Award "Golden Cup Award". With a series of honors, Jun porcelain's influence in China is increasing day by day. "Animal Ear Bottle" and "Elephant Nose Zun" were well received as gifts for Deng Xiaoping's visit to Japan, and Jun porcelain began to be exported in batches to more than ten countries, such as Japan, Mexico and Sweden, and was praised as "the crown of fire art" and "the treasure of China".
At the same time, the development of Jun porcelain has promoted the prosperity of artifact porcelain industry, and there has been a gratifying situation in which stoneware, household porcelain, glazed porcelain, gardening flowerpot porcelain, antique building porcelain, sanitary ceramics, antique craft ceramics and other porcelain industries have blossomed.
In the late 1980s, with the deepening of reform and opening-up, state-owned enterprises were no longer brilliant, but were replaced by the rise of private kilns.
