By using ADF unit root test, Granger causality analysis and other empirical research methods, this paper demonstrates the effectiveness of China's monetary policy, and establishes the corresponding regression model, and finally confirms that monetary policy has a direct and significant impact on the real economy, and China's monetary policy is effective. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to enhance the effectiveness of monetary policy, such as further improving the financial market and market economic system.
