20 15-20 16 National Composition Competition for Primary and Secondary School Students was initiated and organized by China Small Writers Magazine. China Little Writer magazine is sponsored by the Professional Committee of Primary and Secondary Education of China Education Society, the Education Development Department of the National Academy of Educational Sciences, the national composition teaching research group of primary and secondary schools, the national Chinese thinking teaching research group and the national composition teaching research group of rural primary schools. Published by Cui Wen magazine of China Renmin University, it is a national periodical.
I. Participants:
Primary and secondary school students in China are divided into four groups: primary group (Grade 1 and Grade 2), intermediate group (Grade 3 and Grade 4), advanced group (Grade 5 and Grade 6) and middle school group.
Second, the scope and requirements of the essay:
The title, theme and genre of the contest are not limited. Writing people, events, narratives, argumentative essays, fairy tales, diaries, letters, essays, poems, novels and sci-fi works can all take part in the contest.
In addition, at the same time, collect special works such as book publishing, painting and photography, and edit a special issue. We advocate writing topics that we care about, like and are interested in with new perspectives, new forms, new thinking and new imagination, and fully display the observation, imagination and creativity of primary school students. Welcome to the essay contest, each primary and secondary school student is limited to one essay.
Third, the award setting:
Student Award: Each team was awarded the national grand prize, the first, second and third prizes and the excellent prize respectively. Those who are particularly outstanding will be hired as ambassadors of China's small writers.
Teacher's Award: The instructor awarded the national writing guidance gold, silver, bronze and excellent award according to the students' award-winning results, especially awarded the honorary title of "National Composition Master". The organization teacher award is awarded according to the highest guidance award of the school.
Handling of items:
All the winning works were published in the national magazine "China Little Writers" in the primary and secondary school editions, and in album version. The excellent compositions were included in the "China Little Writers' Excellent Composition Album", which was collected and published by the national regular publishing house and presented to all school libraries (rooms) in China.
All award-winning authors are accepted as members of China Small Writers Association, and China Small Writers Association membership cards are distributed free of charge.
Fourth, the treatment of participating units
1. The organizer presented all the winners with exquisite certificates of honor for free as encouragement. Those with outstanding collective achievements were awarded the honorary title of "China Small Writers' Writing Experimental Base", the Central Institute of Education and China Small Writers' Magazine issued plaques, and the person in charge awarded the honorary title of "National Composition Education Principal".

The participating units were employed as directors of China Small Writers' Council free of charge, respectively as vice-chairman units, executive directors and directors, and were awarded certificates of directors and hanging plaques. The leader of the unit was hired as the vice chairman, executive director and director.
3. The instructor who organized the competition was hired as a special correspondent and editor of China Little Writer; The person in charge of the unit was hired as a special editorial board member.
