Abstract: Bidding is a very key content in the process of engineering construction, and the management of engineering bidding is difficult. If it is not properly managed, it is likely to reduce the quality of project construction and increase the cost of project construction. With the continuous development of science and technology, many high-tech means have been integrated into the project bidding management, among which BIM technology is one of the typical ones. This paper is to discuss this content, hoping to inspire relevant personnel and promote the improvement of project bidding management level in China.
