Cirrhosis is a common chronic liver disease, accounting for 16% of all liver diseases in China. It usually has a long course of disease, complicated condition, difficult to cure and needs long-term treatment. Because of enduring pain for a long time, most patients feel pessimistic, desperate or lose confidence in treatment. Failure to cooperate with the treatment will affect the treatment effect and lead to a vicious circle-aggravated symptoms, decreased physical fitness, adverse reaction to treatment, repeated hospitalization and heavy economic burden. In addition, due to the lack of effective treatment, the quality of life and further rehabilitation of patients are seriously affected. By analyzing the mental health status of 50 patients with decompensated cirrhosis treated in our department, this paper puts forward psychological nursing intervention.
