When I first started my internship, an experienced teacher told me not to help my children with daily chores. If there are children who can't do anything, I can only patiently guide them to finish. After a period of practice, I think kindergarten teachers should have a ruler in their hearts, which is the principle that teachers adhere to. In the teaching work, I work hard to complete the work, carefully compile the teaching plan, and prepare teaching AIDS one by one; Accept the questions given to me by Mr. Zhao with an open mind, absorb good opinions, and revise and formulate again. In teaching activities, the starting point is to grasp what children are interested in, carry forward the advantages of children in activities, let children speak freely, and give each child an environment to speak freely. When I wrote the lesson plan, I carefully simulated the process and scenes of the class several times in my mind, thinking that the class could be very good, but it was not. The uncertain factors such as the grasp of class time, the connection of each step, the mobilization of children's emotions and the maintenance of classroom order put forward higher requirements for teachers' organizational ability and control ability than I expected. And these are what I should pay attention to and make progress in the future.
