Toyota employees talk about five reasons not to buy Japanese cars!
I. Introduction
First of all, I used to be an employee of the after-sales service department of Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd., which is wholly owned by Toyota. At the beginning of this year, after the company was transformed, I was officially transferred to the after-sales department of FAW Toyota Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., a joint venture of FAW Toyota. If anyone doubts my identity, or thinks I'm spreading something, it's not necessary. Because the following is just my personal opinion.
(1): Second, Japanese cars and European cars First of all, objectively analyze Japanese cars, regardless of national feelings. Many people like to compare European cars with Japanese cars, but I think it's hard to say which is better and which is worse, because different regions and cultures have different vehicle design policies. For example, Japanese cars are not strong, but the steel structure of the front is not necessarily as strong as possible. When a car is hit, it is best to deform quickly and absorb the impact energy. According to my work in Japanese enterprises, there are still some unique things in Japanese automobile technology, such as hybrid power, fuel cells, and the after-sales service system of Japanese manufacturers is also quite perfect. In Europe and America, the repair rate and customer satisfaction of Japanese cars is much higher than that of European cars. In these respects, it is really worth learning from our domestic automobile manufacturers.
(2): Third, a typical Toyota car sold to China.
1, what is a domestic Japanese car! However, there is one thing I want to say. As a China person, I want to remind everyone: What is a domestic Japanese car! What is the Japanese attitude towards the China market! ! ! Japanese cars are good, but good quality cars are sold in Japan, Europe and America, not China! ! ! When I went to Japan for further study, I saw that the quality of Toyota cars running on Japanese streets was really good, but it was different from domestic Toyota cars.
2. A typical Toyota car sold to China. You know, there is a word in our company called "Typical Toyota cars are sold to China". What do you mean? I don't know how European cars are made, but the cars sold by the Japanese to China are n times worse than those sold to Europe and America! You can compare the European and American versions of Toyota cars with those made in China. Even the cars sold in the Middle East are better than those made in China. (The last letter of Toyota vehicle code sold to Europe is W, North America is A, Middle East is V, and China is C, which is engraved on the nameplate in the engine compartment. Anyone who knows the inside story knows that imported Prado and Camry cars are equipped with VSC (vehicle stability control), TRC (traction control), BA (auxiliary braking) and other systems, but none of them can be seen on domestic Toyota cars!
3. Domestic Toyota Corolla takes Toyota Corolla as the global single model sales champion! What a nice car! To China, it becomes something! ! ! 65438+ 10 spent two weeks in Beijing with four Corolla prototypes at the end of October, and I was deeply touched. This Corolla is based on the Corolla in Taiwan Province Province, which was modified and sold to China. Last year, I went to Taiwan Province Province to see the real car of Taiwan Province Corolla, but the difference was too far. After reading this car, our colleagues in the technical team only said one sentence: "Typical Toyota car sold to China". The visible part is well done, but the invisible part, such as the chassis, is n times rougher than that of Taiwan Province Province! And all the VSC, TRC, BA and EMPS (Electronic Auxiliary Power Steering) in Taiwan Province Province are gone! Roughness can also be said that the domestic processing quality is not high, but there is no electronic system to explain what? Explain the Japanese attitude towards China consumers! The quality of Taiwan Province Province is not as good as that of Japan, and we are not even as good as Taiwan Province Province. The Japanese just threw backward things at us! If it weren't for the competition with European and American manufacturers, I'm afraid even these can't be done!
4. Let's start with the domestic VIOS, formerly known as Toyota T- 1, "specially built for the China market". What a joke! Is the market in China so bad? Carrying a 1.5L displacement 5A engine that was not even used in Japan n years ago, there is basically no new technology in the chassis and safety system. A gorgeous and impractical DVD navigation sold190,000. We didn't expect such a car to achieve such sales. The Japanese are already laughing. I can even tell you that the claim rate of VIOS in repair rate is very high, which is absolutely different from the quality of Toyota cars in North America!
5, the price problem and the price, many people say that Japanese cars are cheap? That was abroad! Camry 2.4 four-cylinder top luxury sports edition in Australia costs 32,000 Australian dollars, about 654.38+092,000 yuan, and 3.0 six-cylinder top luxury sports edition costs 39,000 Australian dollars, about 234,000 yuan. In Taiwan Province Province, the price of Camry 3.0 six-cylinder DVD navigation deluxe edition is about 260,000 yuan. What about home? Even if GAC and Toyota negotiate to produce Camry in Guangzhou, it is impossible to sell it at such a low price. If you can, the technical content is absolutely low.
3): Fourth, the overstocked products are sold to China people at high prices. I don't mean to judge everyone's principle of buying a car, and I don't want to hurt everyone; I just want everyone here to know the Japanese attitude towards the China market. There is an old saying in China, "People are good at being bullied, while Ma is good at being ridden". Some people are kind to him, but he doesn't appreciate you, because he looks down on you in his bones. That's Japanese. Please don't forget that the Japanese once said: First-class products are in China, second-rate products are exported to Europe and America, third-rate products are sold to Asia, and pressed products are sold to China at high prices! ! ! What car to drive is an individual's right. I don't object to driving Japanese cars, because that is our right, but I hope everyone in China will remember that it is also our duty and responsibility to love our motherland! ! Good Japanese products do not mean that Japanese people are good; Just because the Japanese are good doesn't mean they will be good to China people!
