Second, deeply understand why college students should actively practice socialist core values.
A far-sighted nation always pays attention to youth; A far-sighted political party always regards youth as an important force to promote historical development and social progress. As a group of college students with the most creative spirit and transcendence consciousness among young people, it is of great significance to actively cultivate and practice socialist values.
Entering the new century and new stage, global ideology is in unprecedented activity, collision and blending, and socialist ideology is facing extremely complicated new tests, challenges and influences.
Faced with the new characteristics of economic globalization, political multipolarization, cultural diversity and scientific and technological informationization, the attraction and cohesion of socialist ideology are facing unprecedented severe challenges. The construction of college students' socialist core values is impacted and influenced by the increasingly powerful social economy, diversified social culture and diversified college students' values. According to the prominent trend of diversification of college students' value orientation, we should guide college students to correctly understand the dialectical relationship between monism and diversification of value orientation;
