Thinking and feeling of prescription
Abstract: The Origin of Medicine written by Xu Dachun in Qing Dynasty? There is a saying in the Theory of Separation of Prescriptions and Medicines: "Medicines can only be used in groups if they are specialized", which explains in an easy-to-understand way that prescriptions composed of famous doctors and medicines have another function of treating diseases. As a professional basic course, Prescription provides me with more opportunities to learn and understand it. In the process of recipe science, I have a further understanding of recipe science, and also have some thoughts and feelings of my own, and have a preliminary plan for better learning recipe science in the future. The following are my simple thoughts and feelings.

Key words: prescription, clinic, prescription and drug solution, perception, classic prescription.

First of all, prescription is a combination of drugs that follows the principle of prescription, defines the dosage, and determines the dosage form and usage after finding out the cause and determining the treatment method. Judging from the strict definition in the textbook, Prescription is a comprehensive theory, which needs the foundation of basic theory of TCM and the knowledge of TCM diagnosis in syndrome differentiation and treatment. The most important knowledge of Chinese medicine is also essential in prescription and administration. From this point of view, recipe science is the requirement of mastering basic knowledge.

Hanshu? Where's Yi? As the saying goes, "all kinds of medicines should be mixed together to be appropriate", just as leaders need to consider the reasonable distribution of team members' abilities in order to make everyone work towards a unified goal harmoniously, so does the principle of prescription. Each drug has its own function and plays a role in treating diseases. This means that "established prescriptions can make drugs all their own and lose their own characteristics." The technique is very powerful, and this prescription is wonderful. " ("medical origin theory? Theory of combination of prescription and medicine)

From the beginning of prescription science, countless famous doctors emerged in the past dynasties, and they continued to inherit and develop. They created their own unique prescription theory and studied the classical prescriptions that have been effective so far. For example, the vast majority of prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases written by Zhang Zhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty have strict compatibility, accurate medication and remarkable curative effect, and are praised as "the ancestor of prescriptions" by later generations, and the prescriptions contained in them are called classic prescriptions.

In addition, there are some classic prescriptions, such as Sijunzi decoction for treating qi deficiency, Siwu decoction for treating blood deficiency, Erchen decoction for treating phlegm turbidity, Yueju pill for treating blood stasis, etc. These basic prescriptions are combined with other prescriptions in clinic, and the effect is remarkable.

These classic prescriptions are the result of continuous summarization and accumulation by predecessors. Through classic research and repeated clinical verification, they left us these precious treasures, which are worth learning and thinking by everyone who studies Chinese medicine prescriptions and effectively applies them to treating diseases and saving lives.

The above is my simple understanding of the other person from the textbook, thinking that the end of this semester will be enough. In fact, my understanding of the other person is still very superficial. First, because the number of prescriptions is indeed large. Second, it is too limited to focus only on the theory in the textbook. Third, I spent too little time and didn't study hard. Drawing lessons from a bitter experience has given me a new direction and plan for prescription science from now on. The following is the road I will take in the future.

First of all, we should pay attention to the explanation and introduction of the original party in the original work. Looking for the source of the original prescription is no longer limited to the indications in the textbook. In this way, the understanding and understanding of the prescription will be relatively comprehensive. This is a heavy workload, but most of the prescriptions in the textbooks come from Treatise on Febrile Diseases, Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, Taiping Huimin, Ce Fang and so on. These are concentrated, and there will definitely be different experiences, so it is worth it.

Secondly, we should refer to the notes of ancient prescriptions, which can help us understand the main symptoms and treatment, compatibility ideas and medication rules of the original prescriptions. Such as Janice's "Medical Zong Jin Jian? Corrected Zhang Bingcheng's annotation of Mahuang decoction in Treatise on Febrile Diseases in Zhongjing Quanshu and the explanation of Xiaoqinglong decoction in Cheng Convenient Reader. In addition, we can also refer to the same doctor's interpretation of different prescriptions and different doctors' solutions to the same prescription. Analyzing the prescriptions of the ancients from their hearts provides a correct direction for us to learn prescriptions in modern times, and also helps us to understand prescriptions in depth.

Finally, clinical trials. I intend to start with my spleen and stomach and sleep, and compare my symptoms with the small dose test in the textbook to verify the prescription. If the effect is ideal, of course, you should try it for your elders before consulting your teacher. Further truly feel the curative effect of this prescription through clinical practice.

? In short, the road is like iron, and now it is only one step away from the beginning. For me, the road to prescription has just begun.
