The premise is that the PDF should be in a non-picture format (that is, you can select text with the mouse after opening it with a reader).

The key is to turn PDF into WORD format with fluent sentences, and then translate it online with google.

The first step is to turn PDF into txt. (Because the accuracy of copying directly into word is too low)

The second step is to test txt into word and change the format (mainly to remove more carriage returns and adjust spaces). Use spelling checker to correct inaccuracies and make the document smoother.

The third step is to translate the revised document into Chinese with Google Online Translation.

Finally, modify the document.
