1. Coordinate the curriculum and increase social support for school-based curriculum development.
The main reason for the development of school-based curriculum is to meet the different needs of students in different places and individuals, build education with local characteristics, and make up for the shortage of national curriculum. However, at present, it is difficult for school-based curriculum to have a place in front of national curriculum, and it is also difficult to make a breakthrough. School teachers have heavy teaching tasks and limited energy. In addition, many people think that school-based curriculum is redundant, and it has not been coordinated by the national curriculum and recognized by the society. Therefore, the development of school-based curriculum lacks motivation. In order to break this passive situation, the state should pay attention to training talents in many ways. Education is not equal to ability, but qualities such as morality, wisdom, health, and treating others are equally important as education.
