Senior technicians implement the principle of "skill appraisal first, comprehensive evaluation second", which is divided into skill evaluation and comprehensive evaluation.
The total assessment score is 100%. Knowledge assessment results account for 25%, operational skills assessment results account for 30%, work performance assessment results account for 20%, and potential ability assessment results account for 25%. Those with a total score of less than 60 points or 75 points in a single assessment are not qualified to participate in the evaluation of bureau-level technicians and senior technicians.
Skill evaluation

Potential ability assessment: The Vocational Education Center of the Bureau (Sichuan -059 Institute) organized a professional assessment committee for senior technicians to conduct comprehensive assessment. Applicants must provide their own business summary of about 1500 words (A4 printed copy). The main contents include: solving or dealing with production technical problems, achievements in technological innovation or rationalization suggestions, achievements in imparting skills and improving economic benefits. Papers published in journals at or above the bureau level. Considering the actual situation of the production line in grass-roots units, applicants can provide their own unpublished papers (A4 printed copies) this year. The writing of the papers refers to the Guide to Writing Professional Papers for Technicians provided by the Vocational Education Center (Sichuan -059 Institute). The thesis must be written in combination with the technical work of my major (type of work). My unit designates a senior professional and technical person with the theoretical writing level of this major (type of work) as the thesis instructor to guide the topic selection, outline revision and text revision of the thesis, and fill out the thesis guidance evaluation form, which will be signed by the thesis instructor and signed by the chief engineer at the bureau level or deputy bureau level engaged in this major after the thesis is reviewed (see Table 5). Papers must be written in a standard format, including cover (title, author's name, author's unit, author's province and city, key words of the paper), abstract (purpose, method, result and conclusion), text, references (corresponding notes) and author's brief introduction (experience, writing date, contact telephone number, etc.). ).
