When I came to Norway, I found that many of their desserts are very good, and they are rare in Norway and China, and salmon is not widely known.
First, strawberries are soaked in cream.
The latitude in Norway is very high, and strawberries will not ripen until June. Their strawberries are very sweet and red from the inside out. When strawberries are ripe, besides stuttering and making jam, there is a special way to eat them, that is, soaking them in light cream.

This is autumn dessert. When the apples are ripe, they use them to make this dessert:
A layer of apples, a layer of cream, a layer of biscuit crumbs, and a layer of yards. Norwegians call this dessert tilsl Rte bondepiker, which literally translates as implicit peasant girl or implicit village girl.
Making:
1. Add a little sugar to the apple and cook until it is soft. Squeeze some lemon juice. Turn off the fire and let it cool.
2. Crush the biscuits, fry them in a little oil until they are crisp, add cinnamon powder to taste, and let them cool.
3. Add some sugar to the cream.

Eplekaka
The apple cake in Norway is completely different from what you have eaten in a coffee shop.
It's a bit like a pound cake, but not exactly. It's a bit like apple pie, but it's not.
Apple cake is also eaten in a special way, not cold, completely cold, but warm, with vanilla cream or ice cream.
