First, a cold bath.

Generally speaking, a simple cold bath is pure contact with air. The cold bath in life means that parents often take their children to the playground, the street garden, the park to see flowers, plant trees, play games and keep in touch with fresh air. Therefore, when parents take their children for this kind of air bath, they should make their children's body surface in direct contact with the air as much as possible.
