Abstract: Cultivating students' professional awareness is an important part of vocational education, and the training base is an important place to cultivate professional awareness. This paper expounds the significance of the construction of training base (experimental supermarket for college students) in cultivating students' professional consciousness.

Professional consciousness is the professional knowledge, cognition, emotion and attitude formed by professional people in a certain professional environment. It is the synthesis of psychological quality and ideological quality. The study of higher vocational students at school is actually to prepare for their careers. Paying attention to the cultivation of students' professional consciousness, so that they can complete a series of learning tasks such as imitating, learning and forming professional habits and mastering corresponding vocational skills as soon as possible during their study is an important content of higher vocational education in China at present, and it is also an important topic for higher vocational colleges to carry out education and teaching reform. Therefore, Guangxi Electric Power Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as "our college") established an operation and training base-experimental supermarket for college students (hereinafter referred to as "experimental supermarket") in 2007, which has a real business atmosphere and integrates "teaching, learning and doing". This paper expounds the significance of the construction of on-campus training base to the cultivation of students' professional consciousness.
First, the construction of campus business training base is conducive to strengthening students' awareness of professional roles.
Professional consciousness is gradually formed by professional people in a certain professional environment and practical activities. It is impossible to expect enterprises to allow students too much training time for production posts under the current policy background and social environment before students are unable to take up their posts. Therefore, deepening the curriculum reform and innovating the construction of practical training bases in schools play an indispensable role in cultivating students' professional awareness. According to the characteristics of management majors, we fully implement the teaching reform idea of "practice, innovation and guidance" and gradually improve the "student-centered" campus business training base-experimental supermarket. Through the overall operation of the experimental supermarket, students can fully contact the real enterprise environment, truly experience their professional roles, bear professional pressure, promote students to perform their professional responsibilities with professional behaviors, standardize their professional behaviors with professional responsibilities, and constantly strengthen their awareness of professional roles, so as to better realize the vocational education concept of "learning by doing".
The experimental supermarket is built according to the real "business entity", and its organizational structure completely imitates the real supermarket setting. The main business subjects are all students in school, that is, from the general manager of the supermarket to the ordinary employees, all of whom are students selected by various majors. The establishment of rules and regulations, market research, supplier selection, business negotiation, ordering, warehousing, commodity information entry and management, sales, financial accounting and other aspects of the experimental supermarket, as well as the selection and appointment of "employees", on-the-job training and performance appraisal are all completed by students. At the same time, as a training base, the experimental supermarket is also responsible for training all students majoring in economic management, such as marketing, human resource management, computerized accounting, logistics management, etc. The "employees" of the experimental supermarket are the "gentlemen" responsible for training. By "working" in "entity", students can not only improve their professional ability, but also constantly strengthen their awareness of professional roles and increase their direct and profound perceptual knowledge of future careers. In practical work, they can directly understand their profession, specialty and themselves, and then think more rationally about what I want to do, what I can do and what society needs me to do, and consciously put what I want to do and what I will do in the position of what society needs me to do. Moreover, through the measurement of "work", we can more clearly understand the gap between our existing knowledge, skills, quality and career goals, thus constantly stimulating students' interest and motivation in learning.
Second, the construction of campus business training base is conducive to cultivating professionalism and sense of responsibility.
Professionalism and sense of responsibility are the basis for professionals to do their jobs well. Only by loving and respecting your profession and having a strong sense of responsibility can you work with peace of mind, overcome difficulties and seek practical results. Nowadays, the employment standards of most enterprises also put "sense of responsibility and professionalism" in the first place. Therefore, in the construction of campus business training base, all majors put forward the requirement of "informing" according to their post responsibilities, and guide students to earnestly perform their post responsibilities, so as to cultivate students' sense of responsibility and good professional behavior habits. Pay attention to the connection and integration of training room culture and enterprise culture, regard the training room culture construction as the important content of "course construction and reform" drawing lessons from modern enterprise culture, and integrate enterprise concept and "5S" management into the training room culture construction to enhance students' sense of responsibility, mission and adaptability to professional posts. At the same time, actively guide students to go deep into excellent enterprises that have built training bases, constantly learn excellent corporate culture, and strengthen their sense of responsibility and service. For example, the enterprise spirit of "doing everything possible to complete every task" and the core values of "taking the initiative to assume social responsibility" of power grid companies; Guided by corporate culture, actively create a cultural atmosphere with professional characteristics, subtly guide and edify students, stabilize professional thinking, and stimulate interest in learning.
The experimental supermarket is a "business entity" with a professional atmosphere. Students can not only truly feel the corporate culture and the professional quality that modern professionals should have, but also feel the profound connotation of "love their jobs and have a sense of responsibility" in the management of experimental supermarkets. Through the internship in the experimental supermarket, students not only verified their professional theoretical knowledge, but also improved their practical ability. More importantly, they personally felt the hardships of their work and realized the importance of improving their own quality and strengthening vocational ability training to prepare for employment. So as to truly understand the professionalism and attitude of "loving your job and taking responsibility", and make it not only a slogan, but also a practice. It is the continuous cultivation of this "concept" that can transform the enterprise spirit of "doing everything possible to complete the task" into enthusiasm for work, develop good professional behavior habits, and then take the initiative to assume the responsibility of "entity" development. For example, in order to seize the rare "business opportunities" at the beginning of each semester, the "employees" of the experimental supermarket should return to school a few days in advance, and do a good job in commodity procurement, supermarket tally, marketing planning, equipment debugging and financial reconciliation before the opening of the experimental supermarket. Sometimes they often have to work overtime in order to start business on time, but they don't feel bitter. It is already a responsibility and achievement to have experienced more.
Third, the construction of campus business training base is conducive to cultivating competition awareness and self-confidence.
Competitive consciousness is a psychological state of actively seeking survival and development. The purpose of cultivating students' competitive consciousness is to make them overcome inertia and form indomitable and aggressive psychological quality. Letting students accept the idea of competition is the first step to cultivate the sense of competition. In order to make the experimental supermarket bigger and stronger, after doing market research, the business department opened a girls' service department in the girls' apartment, which mainly deals with girls' products and also operates small department stores. Unexpectedly, the store encountered great difficulties as soon as it opened. There are many large supermarkets and small department stores outside the school. No matter the price or style, the girl service department has no competitive advantage. In order to win customers and the market, students face the pressure and strengthen market research and marketing planning. While serving in good faith and making small profits but quick turnover, we have strengthened the "order-based service" and "what kind of goods students need, we will enter", and business has suddenly improved a lot. Since then, the experimental supermarket has successively established newsstands, breakfast departments and milk houses. Although entrepreneurial projects and business models are different, students who choose to start businesses have one thing in common, that is, they have strong entrepreneurial awareness and strong ability to resist setbacks. Through the continuous experience of "marketing" experimental supermarket brands, students have expanded their sense of competition and professional ability, which has been highly praised by vocational education experts inside and outside the region and fully affirmed by brother colleges.
