Mainly engaged in the study of the relationship between the structure and function of ion channels and the regulation mechanism of calcium signal and oxygen free radical ROS signal in normal and diseased hearts. The main research methods include molecular biology, patch clamp and laser focused imaging. Main contributions: (1) The structural basis of unique C-type inactivation of IKr/HERG channel was analyzed, and the important role of charged groups in HERG transmembrane domain in the unique voltage-gated characteristics of this channel was revealed, which provided experimental basis for the design of antiarrhythmic drugs in the future. (2) It is found that KCNE2 protein exists in ventricular myocytes, and acts as a B subunit to regulate the function of cardiac K+ channels; The mechanism of arrhythmia caused by some gene mutations related to KCNE2 was discussed. (3) It is found that Rad gene is an important endogenous cardiac excitation-contraction coupling regulatory gene and its regulatory mechanism. (4) The regulation of mitochondrial ROS on the function of SR calcium release channel RyR2 in sarcoplasmic reticulum was revealed. (5) It was found that oxidative stress led to the increase of SR calcium leakage and burned heart dysfunction. (6) Participate in discovering the phenomenon of "super-oxygen dazzle" produced by single mitochondrial ROS. * * * Published 22 papers included in SCI, with cumulative impact factor of 12 1, which was cited 233 times by others in recent 5 years.
