Abstract: In modern society, a good government image not only ensures the public's trust in the government and its normal operation, but also plays an important role in improving the efficiency of government agencies. To establish a good image, the government must change its functions and build a service-oriented government as soon as possible. This paper explains the necessity of establishing such an image by analyzing how the problems existing in the current government damage its image. This paper also discusses how to establish a good government image by building a service-oriented government.
