Go to the General Administration of Press and Publication to inquire about the CN serial number of the periodical, log in to the official website of the General Administration of Press and Publication, or directly Baidu "General Administration of Press and Publication Periodical Inquiry", you can find the page of the periodical inquiry of the General Administration of Press and Publication, then enter the name of the periodical, be careful not to bring the title, and then click Query to see the CN serial number of the periodical. Note that electronic journals and collections can't be found in this journal query interface because they don't belong to "journals". If the query is displayed here and there is no record, it means that there is no such periodical, which is illegal.

2. Have you found the CN serial number of this periodical in the General Administration of Press and Publication to confirm that it is a regular periodical? Not exactly. If a group of people forge a publication, print a publication directly by themselves, and then print the serial number of this publication, you can also find the CN serial number of this publication, but how can you be sure that your publication is the one you found?

You need to be alert to this. So, there is one more step. Go to HowNet and Wanfang Database, search your published periodicals, and make sure that your published periodicals are included in HowNet and Wanfang Database. Only in this way can you ensure that the periodical you publish is a regular periodical. If you can't find your paper in HowNet Wanfang or even a little low VIP after publishing your paper for half a year, it means that you are publishing a fake paper. If the other party tells you that Long Yuan can find it and only Long Yuan can find it, it means that it is indeed a fake publication.
