On the basis of ideological and moral education and medical ethics quality education, cultivate students' ability to deal with the relationship between doctors and patients and become qualified modern medical talents.
First, medical ethics needs to be reformed urgently.

As a special science, medicine mainly faces people, so it is very important to cultivate medical talents with noble medical ethics. Higher education should actively advocate noble medical ethics education, not only to reposition the cultivation of students' professional ethics, but also to effectively integrate teaching resources and increase investment in medical ethics education.
1. Medical students' professional ethics quality education should be combined with practice.
Medical ethics education should get rid of the concept of pure theoretical education and develop medical ethics theory in practice. If we ignore the practicality of medical ethics education and adopt didactic education, it will not only make medical ethics education boring, but also make students have rebellious psychology and fail to achieve the educational purpose.
2. Objective understanding of medical students' professional ethics quality education.
In the process of medical ethics education, there is a theory that medical ethics education is incompetent, because bad social atmosphere will completely subvert the medical ethics concept acquired by students in school, so it is incompetent. There is also a theory that medical ethics education is omnipotent. As long as we are committed to cultivating students' sense of mission and responsibility, we can cultivate good doctors with noble medical ethics. We should objectively understand the role of medical ethics education.
(2) The cultivation of medical students' professional ethics quality is combined with the teaching reform of medical ethics.
Taking cultivating medical students' professional ethics quality as the basic idea of medical ethics reform is not only the inevitable requirement of cultivating students' noble medical ethics, but also the way out for medical ethics teaching reform. 10 report puts forward "strengthening the construction of medical ethics and improving the quality of medical services", which is not only a requirement for the majority of medical staff, but also a response to the unhealthy phenomena such as doctors accepting red envelopes and the tension between doctors and patients in the medical industry. Medical students urgently need to cultivate noble medical ethics, which requires higher education workers to reform medical ethics teaching and deepen medical students' professional ethics awareness in order to cultivate modern medical talents.
1. Reform the teaching content.
Medical ethics should abandon outdated concepts, absorb advanced educational ideas, be close to the reality of students' lives rather than divorced from them, and build a reasonable and feasible evaluation system of medical ethics. Reflected in ethics textbooks, we should analyze hot issues, such as overtreatment and doctor-patient relationship. So as to enhance the practical guiding role of medical ethics, provide real and practical guidance for the cultivation of medical students' medical ethics, eliminate students' doubts, improve their confidence in medical ethics, and cultivate prospective doctors with high-level professional ethics.
2. Reform teaching methods.
The important way to reform the teaching of medical ethics is to abandon the original and single teaching method and adopt case teaching. By analyzing recent cases, this paper discusses the specific application of medical ethics theory and principles, so that students can experience the teaching content of medical ethics emotionally and rationally. On this basis, students can transform abstract theoretical knowledge into the ability to solve practical problems and better grasp the purpose of medical ethics in practice. This can not only improve students' interest, but also enable students to consciously cultivate doctors' professional ethics.
3. Reform the teaching mode.
Medical ethics is a basic discipline, which should be combined with other disciplines to realize integrated learning among disciplines and make professional ethics education from fragmentation to systematization. In the teaching process of medical ethics, we should actively communicate and coordinate with specialized courses and clinical practice subjects, add practical operation to theoretical teaching, deepen the integration of theories in practice, and realize the effectiveness of medical ethics teaching. In addition, schools should also absorb the shaping of strong medical ethics culture into campus culture to deepen students' medical ethics awareness.
4. Optimize teaching resources.
To improve the proportion of medical ethics education in medical ethics teaching, teachers with strong professional ability, good teaching effect, both medical practice and philosophical literacy should be selected as medical ethics educators, and they should also learn to organize medical ethics educators to visit and study abroad regularly, absorb advanced educational concepts and enrich educational resources. In addition, experts outside the school can also be invited to give special lectures, taking cases as the starting point to stimulate students' curiosity and ensure the quality of teaching.
