When drawing a sump, we often encounter some special steel bar labels, such as C 18/C 16@200. This representation is called "cloth-separated" enhanced arrangement. Today, we will learn how to draw "cloth-separating" steel bars in a puddle in the software.

1. What is a sewage pit?

When there is a need for drainage and the drainage facilities are lower than the outdoor drainage pipe network, such as basement or underground garage, it is necessary to set up a certain volume of sump to temporarily collect sewage, waste water or miscellaneous water to be discharged. When accumulated to a certain water level, start the pit drainage pump (automatically or manually) to lift the water to the height of the outdoor drainage pipe network, and then discharge it through the outdoor drainage pipe network.

2. The expression of "cloth separation" of steel bars

Reinforcement arrangement "cloth separation" means that two different types of reinforcement are arranged separately. Take C 18/C 16@200 as an example. (Sometimes the label given in the drawing is C 18/ 16@200, which means that two kinds of rebar with different diameters are Grade III steel. ) indicates that the three-grade steel with the diameter of 18 and the three-grade steel with the diameter of 16 are arranged at intervals, and the spacing between the steel bars with different specifications, namely C 18 and C 16, is 200, while the steel bars with the same specifications, namely C 18 and C 16.

This picture shows the reinforcement arrangement method of the sump on the construction site. As can be seen from this picture, the shape and length of steel bars in the same direction are the same.

3. Guanglianda GTJ painting skills

You can draw "every other layer of cloth" distribution bars directly on the board, but when you enter them in the puddle properties, an error prompt will appear.

When defining rebar in the sump property, first define one of the rebar (note: the spacing of rebar of the same type is the spacing given in the label *2).

After defining the puddle, draw it into the software and summarize the selected entities.

Click "Edit Rebar", and you can see that only the number of rebar with the diameter of 18 is in the table.

Select all rebar with the diameter of 18, copy and paste them into the table, and modify the diameter of the copied rebar to 16.

Click Lock in the modeling to grid the graphic elements and complete the new sump (Note: the rebar must be locked after editing, otherwise the edited rebar will not be saved, and the rebar information before the rebar will be recalculated and edited. )
