Japanese anime, taking Naruto as an example, gave me the first impression that it was "cruel". Although its picture texture is not as gorgeous as China's cartoon, its plot is very compact, everyone's personality is very distinct, the ugliness and meanness of human nature are vividly portrayed, and all the rules in the world fall apart in this cartoon. The relationship between teachers and students (Shui Mu and Naruto), friends (Naruto and Sasuke) and countries (fire nation and Guo Feng) can be changed in an instant. Youqi endured the third pre-selection exam and the formal exam. The rule is that you can't finish it unless your opponent falls or dies.
There is also a style of Japanese animation, which is also gorgeous. The characters are all beautifully drawn, with big eyes, small mouth and nose, and pointed chin. It was very popular for a while, but since the appearance of Huo Ying, this kind of animation is relatively rare.
American animation may be related to national values, and heroism is relatively strong. I watched Transformers many years ago, so I won't talk about it here. There is also a Tom and Jerry (a little old), which is a comedy. Although it is a pantomime, it always makes me laugh.
Generally speaking, China's animation is poor in plot and characterization, and China's animation technology is no worse than any other country, but the creator's mind always tries to "teach children something" with animation, and the result is very poor.
