At the end of 2008, under the economic downturn brought by the global economic crisis, the real estate industry in China ushered in a cold "winter". In order to reduce the cost, reduce the burden and maintain the vitality of the enterprise, the enterprises funded by Baotian Company adopted the method of layoffs. However, what followed was that a large number of elites of sales companies left one after another because of lack of confidence. As a real estate agent, sales is the last and most important part, and the loss of sales will directly affect its survival.
Based on Maslow's five-level demand theory, X theory, Y theory and two-factor incentive theory, this paper deeply analyzes the present situation and existing problems of self-owned sales staff incentive in Baotian Company, and puts forward the scheme incentives of salary incentive, evaluation incentive, improvement incentive, increase spiritual incentive, growth incentive and differentiated sales incentive, which provides a basis for Baotian Company to solve the existing problems and plays a reference role in the impact of real estate enterprises in the economic crisis environment.
