When writing quotation notes, we must pay attention to unity.
(1) When quoting sentences from classic works, the author's name, title, collection name, volume number, publishing house, publication year and page number should be indicated in turn. When quoting newspaper articles, the author's name, article name, newspaper name, year, month, day or period number, and page number shall be marked in turn.
(2) When quoting ancient books, in principle, the author's name, book title and article title should be indicated; if there is no title, the number of volumes should be indicated; the article title should be written in quotation marks, separated by ",".
(3) Citation notes can be divided into three categories: notes at the end of the page (footnotes), notes at the end of the text (notes at the end of the text) and notes in the text (clips).
The boundary between the comments at the end of the page and the text is called the comment line, and the contents of the comments are arranged at the end of the page.
The notes at the end of the article are arranged after the article, and the order is marked with ① and ②.
The notes in the text are usually in small font, interspersed behind the quotation.
Comment format:
1. Annotation refers to citing other people's opinions to prove and strengthen one's argument when discussing a certain issue, or explaining a certain issue separately. You can attach a note at the bottom of the page, and the note is marked with a small five.
2. Citation advocates original citation, that is, the original source of the document. If the cited document is a citation, it should be indicated. For example, Wangye: On the Adjustment Scope of Labor Law, Law, No.5, 2000, quoted from Guo Wenxiang: Research on Several Issues of Labor Law Revision, social science front, No.4, 2007, pp. 45-46.
3. The expression format Wie of cited periodical papers and newspaper articles: author, article name, published publication (newspaper) name, serial number (publication date) and page number (layout). For example, Wang Liming: On the Effectiveness of Real Rights, Law Research, No.2, 2007, p. 1 12.
4. The labeling methods of citing online books are: author, title, publishing house, publication date and page number. For example, Su Li: Rule of Law and Its Local Resources, China University of Political Science and Law Press, revised edition, 22 1.
5. Cite the dissertation to indicate the author, the name of the dissertation, the name of the school, the type of the dissertation (master/doctor) and the page number. For example, Wang Yong: A Textual Research on Debt Elimination, Ph.D. Thesis of China University of Political Science and Law in 2002, p. 45.
6, citing online articles should indicate the author, article name, website, visit time. For example, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine graduate thesis specification, website, visited on June 9, 2007.
7. Cite signs of cooperative works, such as: Han Dayuan and Zhang Qingfu: Research on Basic Theory of Constitutional Law, Renmin University of China Press, 2000, p. 48.
8. Labeling of cited translated works: country, author, name of works, translator, publishing agency, edition number and page number. Such as: [Italy] Beccaria: On Crime and Punishment, translated by Huang Feng, China Encyclopedia Publishing House, 1993, p. 120.
