The second step, the editorial department assigns an editor to your article, and then the editor makes a rough review of your article (some people call it a preliminary review).
If it meets the requirements, proceed to the next step.
If your article lacks the necessary content, or the information is not perfect, people will return it for the author to revise and improve.
If the level is not enough or the article is too poor, people will directly refuse (most of them will not).
The third step is external audit (at this stage, some publications will be charged! ) Send 2-3 external audit experts,
If you think your article can go back to revision, you revise it,
If you think the article is poor, you will be formally rejected.
Step 4: Review. After you revise it, the experts will review it here. Accept the manuscript if you can. If not, continue to modify.
When the manuscript is satisfied, the publication date will be arranged for you, but you have to pay the publication fee (1000+) first, and then wait for publication!
