(1) The paper requires novel topics, healthy contents, distinct viewpoints, authentic materials and strong persuasiveness and practicality.

(2) All electronic manuscripts submitted by this journal must be in Word format, and the author's name, position, unit, postal code and contact telephone number should be indicated below the title. Each paper must indicate: abstract and key words.

(3) If there are any measurement units in the paper, please use international standards to write, and try not to use charts in the paper.

(4) The number of words in the paper is required to be no more than 2,800 words in each edition, no more than 5,500 words in two editions, and so on.

(5) If there are references in the article, they should be marked with Arabic numerals and square brackets in the upper right corner according to the citation order, and the author's name, citation title, publishing unit and publication date of the cited references should be marked in the article according to the citation order.
