Critical thinking and innovation
The so-called innovation here is not a new idea, a new way of thinking, but a unique innovation. It refers to the behavior that the existing way of thinking is different from the conventional or ordinary people's thinking, and the things, methods, elements, paths and environment in a specific environment are improved or innovated by using the existing knowledge and materials to meet the idealized needs or social needs and obtain certain beneficial effects. Note that the emphasis here is on behaviors that achieve beneficial results.

The biggest obstacle to innovation is not the lack of ideas, but the failure to make the right choice for new ideas. Therefore, we should spend more time on the choice and filtering of ideas in our lives. There are related links in our easy-to-use plans, arrangements and actions. The act of deleting many worthless ideas is filtering.

Secondly, the implementation, promotion and optimization of innovative ideas are the most critical, but this process is often ignored. Innovation is like a child. You should not only give birth to it, but also raise it. As a manager, it is more about choosing children and taking care of them than having children.

We should communicate with people from all walks of life and bring them knowledge through sharing. For example, the weekly reading sharing meeting in our group is a good way of communication. Everyone can read the same book and then capture different knowledge. Sharing not only tests the quality of our study, but also exercises our language expression ability. Only in communication can people verify their own ideas and instill them in others, while organizing their own ideas.

Deviate from the classics: list all the industry rules and imagine what will happen in the opposite direction. Through long-term deliberate practice, our innovative thinking can also be greatly improved. We must abandon the previous successful experiences, because they may be the "treasures" that destroy you at present, and the people who really deviate from the classics are the people who promote the progress of human society.

Avoiding risks is more important than taking risks: in real life, all kinds of successful chicken soup encourage us to take risks if we want to succeed, and the national policy encourages "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", so many people start to quit their jobs and join in entrepreneurship. After observation in recent years, it was found that most of them died miserably.
