For undergraduate majors with more sampling problems for three consecutive years, if they still fail to meet the requirements after rectification, it is deemed that the quality of training cannot be guaranteed, and the provincial education administrative department shall order them to suspend enrollment according to relevant regulations, or the provincial academic degree committee shall revoke their bachelor's degree authorization points.

Under any of the following circumstances, it is not recommended to award a bachelor's degree: seriously violating the four cardinal principles and still not changing after education; Being severely warned, given a demerit, or put on probation for more than two times due to violation of discipline and cheating in exams; There is fraud in graduation design (thesis) or academic thesis published during school.
