For a unit like a university, you may have to ask HowNet. For some enterprises, as long as Wanfang database can retrieve the published papers, it will be good. Therefore, Wanfang database is also a standard that must be referenced.

A few years ago, there were actually many fake journals on VIP. In recent two years, journals have been strictly reviewed, but the journals included in VIP are seriously inferior to HowNet and Wanfang Database in terms of regularity and authority.
