Originally, I was a very athletic person. When I was a child (until I graduated from junior high school), I practiced track and field (sprint major). Later, I gave up track and field because I had to take an exam in a key high school. Although the practice of track and field is very boring (running day and night plus some strength exercises), it has exercised me into a good figure. In high school, my classmates often played football in gangs, so I began to play football with everyone. Because I practiced sprinting, I mixed a starting striker in my class with speed (I didn't expect to use sprinting at this time). When I graduated from high school, I didn't have time to play football because I had to enter a key university. Physical education class didn't even have enough time to warm up football in a week, so everyone started playing basketball. In college, basketball technology has advanced by leaps and bounds, but due to the height limit, there will be bottlenecks sooner or later. In addition, basketball has many physical contacts, is easy to get hurt, and its sports life is not very long, so I began to want to learn other sports. Choose and choose, and find that tennis is a good sport. First of all, it does a lot of exercise, and sometimes running around to catch the ball is more in line with my sports requirements. Secondly, when playing tennis, I often need to mobilize the muscles and joints of all parts of my body, which is in line with my exercise goal. Finally, tennis is usually played outdoors, and enjoying sunshine and sweat after exercise is also a standard I am looking for.
There happened to be physical education class this semester, so I took part in the tennis class on Tuesday with a try.
My summary of playing tennis this semester:
My partner is a beautiful girl this semester. She used to learn tennis. Although her return power is not great, her landing point is very accurate, which is more suitable for a novice like me who has no sense of the ball. The combination of boys and boys, because both sides are relatively strong, can not grasp the landing point, often can not play a round. The combination of girls and girls, because girls are weak, are generally not very active in running, so they often can't run a few laps. I think it is very necessary to hit the ball more when you start practicing. The key is to judge the impact point of the ball more.
When you are just learning to hit the ball, don't try your best. The key is to be flexible, move and make moves. Personally, I definitely think I have done better in judging the movement of footsteps and the landing point of the ball. The reason is that I have learned to play basketball, so my feet move quickly and I can accurately grasp the landing point. Our classmates in the same period didn't do enough in this respect, especially the girls (including my partner), who stood in the same position until the end and adjusted the lens completely by hand and wrist. Personally, I think that 75% of the success of hitting the ball depends on the position of your feet after moving and your judgment on the landing point of the ball.
My heart has to:
Try to do some warm-up exercises before any exercise to avoid sports injuries. Do remember!
First of all, we must do our best.
Of course, I don't want you to use all your strength for breastfeeding. What I'm talking about here is the skill of exerting strength, not with wrists or arms, but with the strength of legs, waist, shoulders and arms. This strength is already great, beyond your imagination, so it doesn't need much strength.
The main points are: follow the trend, step up and turn your shoulders. At this time, you are facing the ball sideways (if not, it means there is something wrong with your movements). Then, stand firm, lower the center of gravity, take the waist as the axis, drive the shoulder to rotate, and the racket swings forward and upward until it reaches the back of the shoulder. The whole movement does not need to be interrupted deliberately, and it is better to be smooth at a constant speed.
Second, be cautious.
Playing tennis is not like playing badminton. Even if you haven't played, you can hit the ball near your opponent with a wave of your hand. The weight and speed of tennis are high, and the tennis racket is heavier and more elastic. If you wave it casually with great force, the ball will fly out of the court. If the force is small, your wrist may be injured. Therefore, we must take every ball seriously and do every move well, from preparation, racket, hitting to waving, every move is very important.
One more thing, it is very important to keep an eye on the ball from beginning to end. Tennis flies faster than badminton, so you can't concentrate on things other than the ball. Especially when hitting the ball, many people can't keep up with their eyes. It's not that you can't do it, but your habit makes your point of view five meters away from you.
Mainly: always remind yourself to keep an eye on the ball and let yourself see the moment when the racket touches the ball. If you do, you will find that the ball is obedient.
Third, don't be stingy with your steps.
Running and footwork are the keys to playing tennis well. I don't talk about footwork here (I'm not that tall). Running is the basis for you to play tennis well. Only in running can you learn to adjust your distance from the ball, find the best hitting position and gradually improve your ability to predict the ball.
The point is: as soon as the ball leaves the opponent's racket, you have to run (otherwise it will be late), no matter whether your judgment is right or wrong, don't stop. After a few days, you will find that you have enough time to prepare for hitting the ball.
Fourth, learn to think.
After playing the ball, go back and do what you think is good and bad again, what you think is good and bad. Look more at what others are playing, and see if they have the same actions as you, right or wrong. What kind of movements are most comfortable for you to do?
The point is: when you play ball, you should think with your head: Is that right? Did you have a good time? What was wrong last time has been corrected this time? What should I pay attention to when using this ball?
My tennis goal
Tennis is a competitive and artistic ball game. The intense scene of the game gives people a feeling of excitement, and the natural and unrestrained hitting action gives people a beautiful enjoyment. At first, I didn't know much about the difficulty of tennis skills. I think badminton and table tennis can be played a few times without learning, and I take it for granted that tennis should not be an exception. I understand that tennis is not as easy to master as other ball games. You may not even play the ball on the court, or you may play the ball all over the sky. Although I can play back and forth with parterner several times now, I still can't control the ball well. I know it takes a lot of practice to get this sense of the ball. Although this semester's tennis class is over, I still need a lot of regular contact to really turn tennis into a physical exercise. I will try my best!
