According to my actual experience in class management, I summed up four experiences in class management.

First, educate students to learn to be human.

In vocational schools, learning knowledge is more important, learning skills are more important, and learning to be a person is the most important. What is the motto of our school? The head teacher's main job is to help students learn to be human, set a goal for themselves in secondary vocational school life, and become qualified social citizens after graduation. Especially in secondary vocational schools, most students are 16 or 17 years old, their outlook on life and values are not yet mature, their psychology is easy to fluctuate, and their thoughts are easily influenced by the outside world. When students just enter secondary vocational schools, they are far away from their families, and the surrounding environment changes greatly, so they need the care and guidance of teachers to adapt to the new living environment. I told them where it is cheaper to buy things around the school; Which hospitals are better for seeing a doctor; How to arrange your weekend time; When a student is ill, take her to the hospital for treatment and often greet her; On weekends, students are invited to the dormitory to chat and exchange views on the class. Play badminton with students after school, drive students to run together and other sports activities, improve students' physique and reduce illness. Students are active and especially like to go out. Organizing an outing every semester can narrow the psychological distance between students and teachers. Pay special attention to students' safety education, and often carry out some class meetings on fire prevention, waterproof, earthquake prevention and how to deal with them in time, so that students can participate in the drills and know how to protect themselves in case of safety problems.

Third, strengthen communication.

Communicating with students requires skill. Through communication, we can know the students' ideological status in time and help them establish a positive attitude. Facing different problems, teachers should pay attention to the proper use of timely communication and delayed communication when communicating with students. Timely communication is timely, and delayed communication is delayed. Some students don't want to talk, don't force her to talk, give her a space to deal with problems independently, and give guidance and necessary help when she can't handle them. A student called me at the weekend and said that she was ill and needed to borrow some money to see a doctor. The next day she gave me a bill, and then she asked me for leave to go to the hospital for infusion for four days in a row. I still agreed to ask for leave without forcing her to tell me the reason. At this time, I contacted her parents and asked them to pay attention to her recently. The child is a little abnormal. Three days later, the student told me the truth. It turned out that she was cheated by an advertisement in a private gynecological hospital and went to a private hospital for a physical examination. The doctor lied that she had various problems and needed infusion treatment. In fact, her body is normal and there is nothing wrong with it. Later, she and I told the relevant departments to go to the hospital to get the expensive medical expenses back. The students are very grateful to me and have received education from it. The head teacher should take part in the activities that teachers and students participate in and communicate on an equal footing, which will better communicate with students. Besides, we should pay attention to communication with teachers. To manage a class well, it is not enough to rely on the strength of the head teacher, but also to make full use of the strength of the head teacher to help us do a good job in the class. It is necessary to talk with teachers more, understand students' learning situation, and take targeted measures to solve problems in time. There was a time when students in my class were particularly disgusted with Chinese classes. I learned about the actual situation, chatted with the Chinese teacher, and then explained to the students that such teaching by the Chinese teacher is conducive to cultivating their self-learning ability, making them change their previous learning attitude, and gradually they fall in love with the Chinese, and can better cooperate with the work of the Chinese teacher.
