Ma Touqin's solo & gt 1984 won the third national music works appraisal encouragement award, and in the same year won the first artistic creation "Salina" award in Inner Mongolia. In the 1980s, the "Minority Musicians" column of China National Radio featured Ma Touqin performers and introduced Brin's repertoire. At the same time, he teaches Ma Touqin in the Art Department of Inner Mongolia Normal University.
Since 2006, he has been employed by the Conservatory of Music of Inner Mongolia Normal University as a postgraduate tutor in Ma Touqin. Before his retirement, Mr. Brin served as deputy director of Inner Mongolia TV Station, member of China Radio and Television Society, member of China Television Artists Association, executive director of Inner Mongolia Television Artists Association, member of China Television Music Society and vice chairman of Inner Mongolia Musicians Association.
In April 2009, the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage projects represented the inheritors of Ma Touqin (II-35) in Inner Mongolia.
