How to design graduation thesis?
The graduation thesis is designed as follows:

Step 1: Choose a theme.

Read the relevant literature, understand the core of each literature, and determine the writing theme. Generally speaking, it only takes a few minutes to read the abstract first. If you think it has certain reference value, first look at the research conclusion in Chapter 5, and then look at the hypothetical model in Chapter 3. By reading the above parts, you can basically grasp the core content of this article.

When choosing your own topic, you should pay attention to the following two points:

(1) If the topic is too biased, it will be difficult to find reference materials and data, which will increase the difficulty of writing the paper.

(2) Don't be too broad and choose a smaller starting point. For example, the topic of your thesis is "Cultural Management of Multinational Enterprises", which is a broad topic, because it involves a large range of enterprises and needs to collect a lot of information, and the length of the thesis is limited.

Step 2: Inquire about information.

(1) After choosing a topic, you can start looking for articles that need reference. Suggestions can be inquired through the following websites: China HowNet, Baidu Academic. Key words can be extracted appropriately when querying references. You can also borrow reference materials from the found literature.

(2) If you need to find data, you can search on the following websites:

National Taian Database, Juchao Information Network, National Information Center, or check the available databases from the website of our school library.

Step 3: Determine the structure of the article.

Graduation thesis is generally divided into 5-6 chapters.

Chapter one: Introduction. Generally, there are several secondary titles: research background, research purpose and significance, research methods, paper structure, etc.

Chapter two: theoretical basis (or literature review). This part mainly refers to the previous research results as theoretical support.

Chapter three: research hypothesis. This chapter is one of the core and difficult points of thesis writing. Mainly discuss what kind of research hypothesis you put forward.

Chapter four: the process of argumentation. This chapter is one of the core and difficult points of thesis writing. Generally speaking, it is the process of analyzing the collected data on the basis of the research hypothesis put forward in chapter 3 to verify whether your hypothesis is valid.

Chapter 5: Research conclusion. This part needs to explain whether your research leave is established, what conclusions you have drawn in the process of argumentation, and what practical significance the paper has.

Chapter 6: Research deficiency and prospect. Self-criticize your paper and make a prospect for the future.

Step 4: Arrange the writing order of each chapter.

There is no need to write the second chapter in a hurry to read the literature and understand the previous research results in your writing topic; Second, put forward theoretical assumptions to complete the writing of the third chapter and analyze the collected data to complete the writing of the fourth chapter; Thirdly, according to the contents of the third and fourth chapters, verify whether the hypothesis is established.

What kind of conclusion, write the fifth chapter; Fourth, criticize and prospect the paper according to your conclusion; Fifth, according to the hypothesis and previous research results, find relevant theoretical and research support for your thesis and complete the writing of the second chapter; Finally, the first chapter is completed.

Step 5: Give the first draft to the tutor, make suggestions for revision and revise the article.

Step 6: Lose weight.

After the paper is completed, you can use the duplicate checking website to check duplicates, and then reduce duplication according to the report given by the website.

Note: before the defense, the school will provide a free opportunity to check your weight, which is subject to HowNet or VIP. The price of a paper is about three figures, so try to reduce the weight before the school has a chance to check the weight for free.

Step 7: Adjust the typesetting, modify the details and submit the final version.

Typesetting font size and spacing according to school requirements, and modifying the format.
