Directly to the right of the title, in the toolbar above, insert-text box-enter the text you want in the text box. First enter the space occupied by the dotted line, then select the space and press the key combination "Ctrl+U" to underline it. You can also select the desired underline style in the underline below the toolbar. When you need to edit in the future, you can directly enter the text on the underline.
