Teachers' Summary of Network Teaching 5 _ 5 Thinking and Experience of Network Classroom
Due to the epidemic, the Ministry of Education asked all schools to postpone the start of school. Many teachers use online teaching to ensure that classes are closed. Here, I would like to share with you some experiences about online teaching in 2020 for your reference.

Summary of 2020 Teachers' Online Teaching Work 1

This week is the second week after school starts. Cheng Guan said that this online teaching form can be an opportunity to catch up or a falling process. This leads to our key word: self-discipline. Roosevelt said that there is a quality that can make a person stand out from ordinary people. This quality is not talent, education, IQ, but self-discipline. Cheng Guan shared 10 truths about self-discipline, among which I remember most "appearing every day", "practicing delayed satisfaction" and "honestly reviewing my day". Adult is more important than maturity, and appearance is more important than performance. One summer vacation, I made myself a daily task list, and I couldn't stick to it in a few days. Just like a long-distance running, there are not many tasks every day, and it is not difficult to complete them. Therefore, I have been persisting and my physical fitness has been greatly improved. I want to have fewer tasks every day. When I do my homework, I should put away things that may hinder our study. After I start, I will make sure that I am focused and serious. At the end of the day, I will give myself an objective evaluation of which class I listened carefully and whether my work efficiency has improved.

The next key word is punching in. Cheng Guan recommended tomato clock method and GTD time management system to us. I have been using the tomato clock method for some time, and I can manage myself well. The effect will be better after turning on Xueba mode and whitelist. Sometimes I will open a study room to compete with my classmates for a day's to-do time. Today, the method of posting homework list on the desk was used, and the commitment rate was obviously improved. Where is your time, where is your achievement.

Summary of Teachers' Online Teaching in 2020 (2)

The year 2020 is destined to go down in history. Due to the influence of COVID-19, we will postpone the start of school for nearly one month. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, we will suspend classes and continue our studies. Our school uses the resources of "Synchronous Classroom in Famous Schools" issued by the Provincial Department of Education. Students can watch the courses of all grades simultaneously through TV, computer and mobile phone, and also support on-demand playback. In addition, teachers who have the course of the day are also required to answer questions on the spot and provide online counseling.

English has three classes a week, which is less dense than our usual five classes a week. The progress of class will be relatively slow, which will help students with good consciousness to consolidate their knowledge, but students with poor consciousness may be relatively lazy because of lack of supervision and less class time. After a week's class, I feel that I have gradually adapted from the initial panic, and I have gradually discovered some problems in the online class.

First of all, the biggest problem is that students cannot be supervised. When writing this question, I was reminded that Yin Jianli mentioned in the book "A good mother is better than a good teacher" that children should be given absolute freedom, and free children are the most conscious. People are not born to be controlled by others. Freedom is the most precious thing in everyone's bones. Children, in particular, should stretch their nature and grow freely. A child is a perfect and independent world, and there is infinite vitality hidden in his young body. He has a self-shaping and self-forming expression potential in the growth of life, just like a seed with roots, leaves and flowers, which grows naturally under suitable conditions. A child who is taken care of too much will gradually become a slave to his bad habits from a "page boy" under an authoritative parent. If we want to supervise him in everything and ask them to follow our advice in everything, sometimes we may do the opposite and go in the opposite direction. Especially the children in grade six and grade two have entered a rebellious period. If we manage too much, sometimes being too strict is not necessarily a good thing. Just use this special period to exercise the child's consciousness and let him learn to be responsible for himself. Maybe now is the right natural environment. So the biggest problem seems to be not the problem, but the opportunity of education, which depends on whether our teachers can seize it.

The second problem is to change the homework. Because the homework is for students to write in notebooks and take photos and upload them to the nailed home-school communication, there are always several students who fail to finish their homework every time. In the past, they could be urged to finish their homework face to face at school, but now they can only send messages and call their parents to urge them, and the effect is not obvious. In addition, there are always all kinds of mistakes in homework, and the homework written by students cannot be corrected. It can only describe students' problems, in other words, how to correct them, which is time-consuming and inefficient. Although students are required to revise their mistakes, only five or six students have feedback on specific revisions at a time. Homework is the feedback of students' class status and problems, and it is a way for teachers to understand students, but now this road seems to be a bit blocked. How to find out students' real reaction from other channels is a key point to be considered at present.

The third problem is that because the teacher teaches in English, some weak students sound hard, and some students complain that they don't understand. Although I always insist on teaching in English as much as possible in the usual class, in order to take care of some weak students, if I see that they don't understand my instructions, I often repeat them in Chinese. However, because the online classroom can't communicate with students, teachers can't make changes according to the specific situation of students in the classroom, and they can only design courses according to their own experience and the learning situation of most schools. From this point, we can also see the importance of designing teaching content and methods according to the specific learning situation. Last semester, a teacher from a foreign language primary school in our district came to our school for an exchange. The performance of foreign language primary school has always been one of the best in our district, and the teachers who come to our school to communicate are the best in their school. However, after a semester passed, her class's final exam results were not good, even worse than before. The school also feels strange. We also discussed the reasons in the teaching and research group. We have listened to her classes many times, and there is no problem with the design of the classes alone. It can be said that she is an example for us to learn, but on the whole, after deep thinking, I feel that I still have no good grasp of the learning situation. As a primary school in the fringe of urban and rural areas, our school is inferior to foreign language primary schools in urban areas in terms of students and parents' quality, especially after the integration of the three schools last semester. Students and parents have to have a running-in period, and the learning situation is more complicated. If you don't make it clear first, you will be eager to prepare lessons.

The fourth problem is that it is impossible to work quietly. Because I have to work at home, my eight-year-old boss has to go to class online, my two-year-old needs someone to take care of him, and my husband has to work online. I wanted my grandparents to come and help me with my penis. As a result, the second child cried for his parents every day and ignored them at all. In the afternoon live Q&A session, he could cry himself hoarse for more than ten minutes. Plus, because of the epidemic, they have to stay at home all day, and the old couple who are used to being sloppy in their hometown are clamoring for going back every day. They went to school before, so they can't play with their grandparents for the time being. Plus they can go outside to play, which is relatively better. Now it is business and housework, and every day is miserable. I am physically and mentally exhausted, and I have no time to meditate and prepare lessons carefully. In order to solve this problem, my husband and I have discussed it many times. Although I can't find a way to kill two birds with one stone, there are some things we can try, such as sitting down and having a good talk with grandparents, calmly talking about the current problems and situation, and listening to their innermost thoughts. I believe we can understand each other. At the same time, I also urgently hope that the epidemic will end as soon as possible and everything will return to normal.

Stop classes and keep studying, let's think more deeply about the law of students' learning. What kind of classroom is more powerful for us students? Let's stand at the forefront of the times and re-examine our classroom with internet plus's model. At the same time, let us think about what kind of parent-child relationship, family relationship will make our small family more harmonious.

Summary of 2020 Teachers' Online Teaching Work Part III

According to the notification requirements of the district education bureau, with the joint efforts of the teaching and research group, I have been teaching online for three weeks since February 10. This is a strange subject, and with the defect of information technology level, I have gradually become accustomed to it and become handy. I am very excited to find a new function that can help teaching. Now I will get some gains and benefits.

First, the change of teaching mode brings about the change of teaching content and method.

Director Wang Shumei, a researcher on the development of the fourth-grade Chinese network teaching teachers, put forward a clear request, requiring the grade group to establish a district-level collective lesson preparation team and formulate a district-level collective lesson preparation plan for the fourth-grade Chinese. The daily teaching content and teaching progress are unified in the whole region. After receiving the task, the school preparation team leaders write the first draft of the study list, look for class resources, discuss it in the collective preparation group at 2 pm the day before class, and then form the final draft according to the revised draft. After getting the learning list and learning resources, our lesson preparation team will also prepare lessons collectively in the school, make PPT for class, determine the class personnel and cooperate with each other. The next day 10 finished the online class from 8: 30 to 9: 00, and then each class counted the online rate, found the reasons for not being online, checked the homework, found the problems, summarized the problems, analyzed the reasons, and conducted planned after-school counseling. After this period of exploration, the fourth-grade Chinese online teaching has gradually formed a process of learning the initial plan, collective discussion, secondary lesson preparation, online teaching, correcting homework, summing up problems and tutoring after class. Judging from the teaching effect, the content of online teaching should not be too complicated for primary school students. In the early stage of ancient poetry teaching, the means of investigation were random recitation and writing. As long as the students who studied online, the results of the investigation were satisfactory, but when they studied rhetoric on February 27, they exposed great problems. First, the selected learning video is too long, so students can't watch the video from beginning to end, and the learning effect is poor. Second, video explanation is no better than classroom teaching. Little attention is paid to the students' on-site mastery, and the explanations are not targeted. The feedback of homework is very problematic. The fourth grade group adjusted the content in time, and replayed the teaching for the class on the 28th, which improved the effect, but it still needs further practice.

Second, the change of teaching tools brings about the change of technology application and teaching state.

Technical problems are a gap in front of online teaching. The sudden change of teaching methods and teaching tools requires a process of gradual adaptation and change. The online teaching of Chinese in grade four has gone through the process of passive acceptance, hurry-scurry, fidgeting, losing ground step by step and exploring methods. It can be said that online teaching is a process of constantly facing and solving problems. The first is the change of class status. You don't know who is sitting opposite, who is listening, who is not communicating, who is talking to himself and who lacks confidence. Then we met the problem of "card", which could not be changed by one or two technicians in the school, but it was precisely because our teacher explored this problem in practice that it was finally changed. It is very important to enjoy it. In addition, we can't always think of simple ways to treat online teaching. At first, I didn't know how long online teaching would take. Facing a series of technical problems, the teaching effect is not satisfactory. I have been thinking about whether I can deal with the past first, so there is a phenomenon that students can teach themselves by video. Fortunately, it was corrected in time. The key is to change ideas and unify thoughts. As for the online rate, there has been a good change in the last week, which is inseparable from the supervision of parents. Nine students who are often not online, some have poor learning ability, some are in other places, and most of them are ignored by their parents. After this week's telephone contact, except for three students who were isolated or had difficulties in learning, they all used face-to-face competition when they got the textbooks. At the same time, I think online teaching should be more interesting in language and story-telling, and only by improving students' interest in online learning can we have better results.

Summary of Teachers' Online Teaching in 2020 Part IV

Because of the epidemic, it is a great challenge for me to get rid of the ducks on the shelf, learn various skills temporarily and adapt to the teaching mode under the new situation. Fortunately, I'm not fighting alone. The English group is our strong backing. The mutual support and sharing of lesson preparation groups, as well as timely reflection and adjustment after teaching, provide broad ideas and practical teaching practice for this teaching.

I. Teaching content

Facing the severe epidemic, we deeply feel that the current environment is our learning resource. Therefore, we discuss the government theme in the first unit in the way of thematic learning, combined with the interdisciplinary of grade five, and initially agree to start with three important concepts of form, connection and function, focusing on three key questions: "What is the 20 19 novel Corona Virus? How to protect yourself? How do governments and organizations play a role in the fight against novel coronavirus (20 19-nCoV)? " Carry out 5-6 weeks of study and teaching activities. We take the "Modal Verb Usage" in the grammar function of the fifth grade textbook Spark 2 as the grammatical framework, the step-by-step explanatory text as the writing framework, and the COVID-19 popular science articles of the World Health Organization as the teaching materials for vocabulary and reading.

At the same time, in order to lay a solid foundation for students' spelling, we also distributed the vocabulary and sentences in the English learning resource package of the class group file one week in advance, and conducted dictation on the teaching day to consolidate the spelling of students' basic vocabulary. In homework design, we consider the development of four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. So every homework has a combination of reading and writing, and occasionally reading and painting.

Second, the teaching mode

In view of the great gap in English ability between grade five and grade six students, there are new transfer students in winter vacation. Therefore, we adopt a hierarchical teaching model, in which English-speaking students and students close to their mother tongue form a small class, which is taught by foreign teachers and teaches the same topics, but the vocabulary and grammar requirements are higher. Here, I would like to thank the foreign teachers who are far away in Britain for overcoming the time difference and giving classes to these students at midnight.

Language class needs to correct students' pronunciation in real time. So the first class is video conference, but the two classes are held together, because the network conditions are inconsistent and the effect is not good. Therefore, in the later class, we take the mode of recording 15-20 minutes of teaching video in advance and playing it in class, and answering questions and commenting on homework in the second half class. The feedback of students' pronunciation correction problems is in the home recording homework submitted by students. At present, this model is more suitable for English teaching in senior high schools. Parents' feedback is good. Judging from students' homework, learning is more effective.

Third, the evaluation method

We adopt nail house as the main method, make one-on-one comments on students' daily homework, make general comments in the class, share excellent homework cases and set up excellent homework models, with encouragement and guidance as the main method.

Fourth, reflection.

Three thoughts on on-the-spot teaching. First, when preparing lessons, I will seriously consider whether the teaching content I choose is worth spending this time in class, whether it can be taught to students before class, or whether it can be used to test whether students have learned it after class. This idea is also applicable to daily teaching, but due to the particularity of online teaching mode, I pay more attention to the content itself and the presentation of the content. Second, in the teaching process, how to interact with students, how to detect whether students are "really online", stimulate students' interest, and monitor students' learning status. We used many methods, such as linking wheat, replying text and rushing to answer questions, but after all, it could not replace the real-time interaction of face-to-face teaching. Third, how can we use subject learning to promote students to learn "how to study better" and give full play to students' initiative. In the network teaching, I found that I can do some retreat actions, provide resources and ways for students to refer, let students explore independently, find problems from the resources around them, and seek help, so as to improve students' ability to solve problems independently.

Network teaching provides us with a prism to reflect on daily teaching. Through this prism, we can compare the similarities and differences between daily teaching and online teaching, give full play to the vast space advantages of online self-exploration, and take this opportunity to cultivate students' media literacy, distinguish "opinions" from "facts", distinguish the authenticity of information, how to judge reliable information channels, and how to embody academic integrity in homework.

Summary of Teachers' Online Teaching in 2020 (5)

In the Spring Festival of 2020, a sudden epidemic disrupted everyone's life rhythm. In order to defeat the virus, everyone stayed at home, prayed and blessed all the medical staff, soldiers and volunteers fighting in the front line of anti-epidemic, and silently contributed to our great motherland.

Due to the epidemic, the Ministry of Education asked the school to postpone the start of school. In order to ensure "no class and no study", many of our teachers have been teaching online since February 10 according to the work arrangement of their superiors. Now I will briefly summarize the online teaching in the past three weeks as follows:

First, learning and using the teaching platform

Online teaching, there is no familiar three-foot platform, square blackboard and small chalk, only laptop and mobile phone, how to attend classes? What teaching platform should I use in class? Understand this and learn the operation of the platform before you can do the next work. How to prepare lessons, attend classes and do homework? There are two class groups in my class: Nail Group and WeChat Group. Usually, all members of the nail group are forbidden to speak, which is used to send out more formal notification requirements; Wechat group is used for home-school communication. In order not to increase the burden on parents, I discussed with my math teacher and decided to use nail group for online teaching. So how to use it? I seriously consulted Director Sun Xiaohu, groped step by step, communicated well with parents before the formal online teaching, and conducted three online tests.

After the formal online teaching, I also found many problems in the continuous use of the teaching platform, and constantly explored and improved. For example:

1. The children have no textbooks for the time being. For junior students, listening for a long time can easily lead to study fatigue's distraction. Therefore, the courseware made must present the content taught as much as possible, and the picture should be as concise and clear as possible. In this way, when teaching "Enjoy Desktop Courseware" online, children can pay more attention to what the teacher says.

2. In order to understand children's learning situation and make students feel involved better, there must be interaction in teaching. However, in use, it is found that the "Lianmai" of the online live classroom of Nail Group has a shortcoming. It takes 5 seconds to connect a child with a normal network, and the network is not so good, and the waiting time is longer, and sometimes it can't even be connected in the end. In this way, the whole class time is obviously extended, exceeding the prescribed 40 minutes. Later, in order to ensure time, I deliberately reduced the number of consecutive wheat in teaching. However, such a classroom without interaction will always be boring. Because of the special teaching methods in the special period, I usually pay attention to a lot of news materials about online teaching, and exchange their teaching methods with my colleagues and classmates many times. This week, based on the study and exchange during this period, I decided to use the "video conference" of Nail Group for online teaching. The night before I decided to change the teaching method, I communicated with my parents in the WeChat group, and then tested and explored how to use it. On the second day of teaching, there were also some minor problems: I was silent during the lecture and asked the children to turn off their silence when answering. It's too noisy to hear clearly at this time. However, I got a lot of understanding and support from my parents after class. I think this way, the teacher can see the children's learning pictures opposite, and the children's attitude is more serious. If there is a problem, it must be solved. The next day, in the communication with Zhu Jing, I learned her solution to this problem. In the evening, I quickly found some parents in the WeChat group to conduct a test: parents control silence, and when the class started, every parent was silent. Point to which child to answer, which child will turn on the voice and turn it off after answering. Through the test, it is found that the sound is very clear. In the next day's teaching, I first gave relevant instructions in the first 10 minutes, and practiced the roll call one by one. I found that parents or children get started quickly, and the later teaching has achieved good results.

3. There is data feedback after the "online live broadcast" begins. You can check the online student duration of the class students and which children are not involved in the study. You can use the playback function to make up for learning. But in the "video conference" mode, there is no data feedback and no "playback" function. Maybe, but I don't know where this function is yet, and I have to keep learning and groping.

Second, the choice of teaching content

Network teaching is different from ordinary teaching. From the perspective of different learning methods and protecting students' eyesight, I choose and choose the teaching content, focusing on reading and reciting, leaving the detailed analysis and explanation and writing methods to the formal classroom for guidance. Therefore, the gaogang district Teaching and Research Section stipulates that second-year students must recite ancient poems and excerpts from The Amethyst. Reading picture books and reciting Chinese textbooks are our study contents during this period.

Third, the correction and evaluation of homework

For front-line teachers, online teaching may be the hardest and most time-consuming job.

First of all, the simple "handing in homework" is constantly changing in constant use. At the beginning, parents posted their children's homework in the WeChat group, which led to too many messages in the group to be viewed and easily confused. Then give me a private message. There are too many parent conversations under my WeChat, so I can't delete them. I'm worried about missing them. Later, the "home-oriented" layout and operation of Nail Group were finally much simpler.

Second, correct homework. On weekdays, simply flipping through the exercise books has turned into opening a page on your mobile phone, zooming in, entering the revised text at the bottom, and then clicking "?" On the second page. It became a paragraph: "Shao" is misspelled, and there is no dot in the upper right corner of "Yao" on the right. Every time a child's homework is approved, it should be registered in the paper form to understand the overall completion of the class, and evaluate the homework and guide the key issues five minutes before the online study the next day.

Every ordinary front-line teacher knows that in the past, a normal class lasted for 40 minutes, but the preparation before class and the homework correction, evaluation and counseling after class were often 40 minutes. For the "online teaching" that I have never set foot in, it is more than 40 minutes. Although it is hard work, the most uncomfortable thing is the eyes and back, but it is actually very gratifying to see the active cooperation of parents and the efforts and academic achievements of young children.

Under the epidemic situation, on the Internet, the three-week online teaching has ended. For me, online teaching is a process of continuous practice, continuous learning and continuous improvement. Although it is the first attempt, it is a severe test for our teachers and students to reform the teaching rules, and it also teaches me and my children how to face difficulties and how to grow up in adversity.
