In recent years, China's new dry cement production technology has developed rapidly. Especially in 2 1 century, a large number of new dry-process cement production lines with 5000t/d clinker were completed and put into operation, which indicates that the production technology of new dry-process cement in China has matured. At present, there are more than 400 new dry-process cement production lines in China, with a production capacity of more than 300 million tons, accounting for more than 32% of China's total cement output.
With the development of new dry cement production technology, new cement production processes, new technologies, new equipment and operation control means are updated day by day, which leads to the shortage of engineering technicians, production control operators and senior technical workers in cement production enterprises, and the updating of workers' technology and knowledge structure is imminent. In order to meet the needs of technical training for employees in cement production enterprises and the teaching of cement technology specialty, based on the teaching handouts in recent years, combined with the development of cement industry and the requirements of enterprises, we have compiled "New Dry Cement Production Technology and Equipment" to provide learning, technical exchange and reference materials for colleagues engaged in cement work.
This book takes the newly-built 1000 ~ 5000 t/d clinker dry-process cement production line in China as the research object, collects a large number of successful experiences and shortcomings in the process of new line construction, daily production and technical transformation, and consults the papers and related documents on new dry-process cement recently published by senior experts and scholars in the industry. The technological process, equipment structure, operation parameters and maintenance of new dry cement production are systematically introduced from limestone crushing, raw meal pre-homogenization yard, raw meal preparation and homogenization, pre-decomposition firing and cooling, cement production and pre-decomposition system regulation. The content is systematic, novel, informative, popular, practical and reliable.
The book is divided into nine chapters, focusing on the structure, performance characteristics, operation control and maintenance of raw meal grinding system, pre-decomposition system, multi-channel burner and third-generation grate cooler, prevention and treatment of common faults, as well as the structure, operation parameters and operation maintenance of roller press and third-generation classifier. The formation process of cement clinker, the structure of rotary kiln, the selection of refractory lining and matters needing attention in construction are also introduced.
