The hardship of Chinese teachers' work is due to the heavy task of Chinese teaching, and the Chinese subject has its own characteristics of scattered and boundless knowledge. It is not easy, which means that compared with other subjects, the Chinese subject has a slow and small effect, which means that we work hard every day and often can't be directly proportional to the students' grades. Therefore, this inefficient and repetitive teaching activity can't realize the sense of value and achievement, and it is easy for students, parents and even ourselves to position Chinese as a flexible and tight rubber class, which leads to our Chinese teachers' confusion, boredom and burnout in their work, and they can't appreciate the beauty of Chinese, let alone their professional happiness!
Today, the topic of my exchange with you is "learning from America and walking with America".
With the promotion of the new round of curriculum reform, especially the change of evaluation methods, the status of Chinese has been strengthened more and more. Everyone may have heard the saying "He who wins China wins the world". When the whole society focuses on Chinese subjects, the era of "teaching is the same as not teaching, and teaching well is the same" has become a thing of the past, and our Chinese teachers are also facing higher challenges. How to make our Chinese teaching more efficient?
There are many ways to divide China's system. From the big ability category alone, it is nothing more than two pieces, reading and writing.
There are specific requirements for reading and writing in the curriculum standards: "expand reading. The total amount of extracurricular reading is not less than 6.5438+0 million words. " "We should pay attention to cultivating students' extensive interest in reading, expanding reading fields, increasing reading volume and improving reading taste. In recent years, the change of examination question structure and question type pays more attention to the microscopic examination of students' reading breadth, depth and expression ability.
In fact, reading and writing are inseparable. In a word, reading and writing teaching is a process of stimulating interest-cultivating habits-improving ability. Objectively speaking, there is a reality that must be faced, that is, people are naturally different. Some children are naturally interested, and their qualified teachers are very worry-free, while others need task-driven. (Task-driven method refers to students' active application of learning resources and independent exploration and interactive learning with the help of teachers in the learning process. At the same time, it guides students to produce a kind of learning practice, so that they have a direction, a way and a process to achieve the goal of improvement, and what teachers really do is to help these children learn and grow.
Below, I will share with you some practices of reading famous books and micro-writing in my teaching practice in recent years for your reference.
First, read famous books.
1. The reading of seventh-grade masterpieces focuses on the production and use of reading cards.
In teaching practice, reading famous books is easy to arrange but difficult to implement. Knowledge card is to concretize and structure knowledge. For students, the task is clear and there is guidance and supervision of reading. For teachers, students' reading process is visual and easy to check and evaluate.
The reading cards of The Little Prince and The Journey to the West pay attention to the overall effect, the author's brief introduction, the main contents, the characters, the theme of the works, the reading gains and the evaluation of the works. A card contains a knowledge system of a book, which makes students' reading results clear at a glance and is an efficient way to review famous books.
The card design of "Straw House" is micro-structured, "I find a paragraph from the book", and a paragraph is my favorite paragraph, which makes me associate and imitate. The problem is gradual and the difficulty is low. The other is that I look for descriptions from the text, describe paragraphs and appreciate writing; I look for characters, personalities, personalities and evaluations from the text; I look for myself from the text. Which character in the text can you find your own shadow? The difficulty is rising, including finding, commenting and understanding. Among them, when two children in the class share, the reproduction of true feelings is the most valuable reading experience.

2. The reading of eighth-grade masterpieces pays attention to the combination of reading and writing, which promotes writing by reading and writing by writing.
In order to avoid reading a mere formality, find a breakthrough point every week and assign tasks for students to complete. For example, for a week, let students look for the characters in the original work, starting from the simplest, then starting to look for relevant plots, and finally forming a character evaluation. When assigning tasks, the requirements should be clear, from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult. Feedback should be timely and evaluation should be followed up. Teachers should also follow the students to read the whole book and read in depth.
Second, the preliminary test of micro-writing
1. Write at any time: scenery around you (spring), things around you (flowers on the windowsill, pines on campus), people around you (teachers, classmates, family members).
For a week, let students write "familiar strangers", write, read and comment every day. Each evaluation is guided by clear requirements and improvement methods, and the same person writes it repeatedly until it meets the requirements. Firstly, the proportion of description content should meet the requirements, secondly, the description order should be paid attention to, and finally, the personality should be fascinated. After a week's training, I selected four children's works to be upgraded and displayed, and strengthened them again through examples, so that writing activities can be solidified into abilities.
2. Essay writing: Write sequels (Kong Yiji, Chameleon and Zhuang) in combination with novels, and rewrite poems (Guan Ju, Jia Jian and Shan Poyang) to parody "My Humble Room".
3. Essay: After the exam, write about the psychology in the examination room and the feelings after the exam. I happened to meet the teacher writing a poem.
It will become a habit for parents to work together if the holidays persist. Every week, a parent and a classmate take turns to supervise, review, organize and publish.
