A, setting instructions

The full text is divided into three parts:

1, page number is not displayed (cover, original statement, copyright authorization for dissertation)

2. Page numbers in Roman numerals (Chinese and English abstracts, tables of contents)

3. The page numbers are expressed in Arabic numerals (the whole contents of the text and appendix).

Second, the setting method

Use of separator

1. Place the cursor at the end of the cover and click the menu to insert the separator. The next page is fine.

2. Place the cursor at the top of the second and third parts respectively, click the menu to insert a separator, and then click OK on the next page.

(2) Page number setting

Place the cursor at the top of any page, and then click Menu View Header and Footer.

1, Part II (Roman numerals)

(1) Place the cursor in the footer of the second part of the home page, and click the icon "Link to the previous one" in the "Header and Footer" (that is, remove the same as the previous section).

(2) Insert page number center format number format Roman numeral starting page number (starting from I) is determined from the menu.

2. Part III (Arabic numerals)

(1) Place the cursor in the footer of the third part of the home page, and click the icon "Link to the previous one" in the "Header and Footer" (that is, remove the same as the previous section).

(2) Insert the starting page number of Arabic numerals in the number format with page number centered from the menu (starting from 1) and confirm.

Third, the header settings

1, odd pages

Place the cursor on the header of the first page of Part III:

(1) Set the layout from the menu file page and determine whether the header and footer have different parity pages.

(2) Click on the link in the previous section from the header and footer (that is, remove the same as the previous section) to fill in the title of the dissertation.

2. Even pages

Place the cursor on the header of the second page (even page) in the third part, click the previous link in the header and footer (that is, remove the same as the previous section), and indicate the type of dissertation on the header of the even page. For example, doctoral dissertations/master's dissertations/master's dissertations in education/master's dissertations in rural education/master's dissertations in engineering/master's dissertations in law/master's dissertations in colleges and universities/master's dissertations with equivalent academic qualifications, etc.
