Liu was born in 1973 in Huaining, Anhui. Teacher, Department of Photography, Anhui Normal University, Master. 1993 studied in the Department of Educational Technology of Anhui Normal University, 1997 stayed as a teacher, and 200 1 studied in the Photography Department of Beijing Film Academy. He is currently a member of the Photography Society of China University and the Photography Society of Anhui University. Mainly engaged in black and white photography, photosensitive materials, color photography, photography foundation, modern educational technology, photography foundation and work appreciation and other aspects of curriculum teaching and photography education, as well as research and creation of photography concepts. He published dozens of papers and works in various magazines.
