A word document has been modified, and the reviser should highlight the modified place and content to remind the author or other readers of the document. This function is often used when teachers correct students' homework or papers or publishers review authors' manuscripts.

For word2007, if you want the document to have the function of highlighting the revised contents, under Review, select Revision, click Show Markup, and select the Highlight option in the drop-down menu.

If you want to cancel these highlights, click the Show Markers button and uncheck all the options in the drop-down menu.
