Opening Report of Tea Graduation Design

Hello! I am about to carry out a graduation project called "Improvement of Production Process in Tea Processing Enterprises". The following is my opening report:

1. Topic background:

Tea is one of the traditional agricultural products in China and one of the important agricultural products exported by China. However, in modern society, tea processing enterprises are facing some problems, such as unstable quality, high production cost and low production efficiency. In order to improve the production efficiency of tea processing enterprises, reduce costs and improve the quality of tea, I intend to carry out this graduation project.

2. Research purposes:

The purpose of my research is to improve the production technology of tea processing enterprises, so as to improve production efficiency, reduce costs and improve tea quality. The specific goal is to improve the tea screening process, tea baking process and tea blending process of tea processing enterprises, so as to improve tea processing efficiency, reduce tea loss, improve tea quality and stability, and finally realize the intelligence and improvement of tea production process.

3. Research contents:

My research content mainly includes the following aspects:

(1) Investigation and analysis on the production status of tea processing enterprises, including the atmosphere of tea processing site, the production efficiency, cost and tea quality during tea picking, processing, screening, baking and mixing.

(2) Formulation of improvement scheme of tea processing flow, including the links with low production efficiency in tea processing flow-improvement of tea screening habits, optimization of tea baking process, improvement of tea blending process, etc. The purpose is to improve tea processing efficiency, reduce tea loss and improve tea quality and stability.

(3) Explore the intelligent production mode of tea processing enterprises, and study the intelligent production mode of tea processing enterprises, including using intelligent equipment such as microcomputer and Internet of Things technology to realize the intelligentization and improvement of tea processing and production process.

4. Research methods:

My research will adopt the following methods:

(1) field investigation method, through field investigation to understand the production status of tea processing enterprises, analyze the existing problems, and explore the possibility of improvement in tea processing.

(2) Experimental method, which optimizes and improves the tea processing flow through experiments, including improving the tea screening process, tea baking process and tea blending process.

(3) Data analysis: analyze and count the data obtained from the experiment to find out the stability, quality and cost of the tea production process after the optimization and improvement of tea processing technology.

5. Expected results:

My expected results are as follows:

(1) The proposal to improve the processing habits of tea processing enterprises can effectively improve the efficiency of tea processing, reduce the cost and loss of tea, and improve the quality and stability of tea.

(2) The research of intelligent production technology can effectively improve the intelligence level of tea processing enterprises and promote the intelligence and promotion of tea industry.
