The information theory and practice fund project aims to promote the development of research and practice in the information field. The goal of this project is to support various forms of research and practical activities, including but not limited to thesis writing. Therefore, even if you are not the author of the paper, others can participate in the project, for example, as collaborators, consultants or project members.
