Abstract: The continuous improvement of social and economic level has promoted the automation of family life, the comfort and safety of living environment, and also triggered people's requirements for intelligent housing. Scientific research institutions in the United States, Japan, the European Union and other countries have gradually introduced the concept and mode of intelligent building into the construction of residential quarters, which has fundamentally changed people's home concept, and the living conditions and living environment have made a qualitative leap. A brand-new concept, intelligent residence and intelligent residential quarters, has emerged as the times require, becoming the general trend of future real estate housing market development. This paper briefly expounds the property management of modern intelligent residential quarters from the aspects of the development status, technical support, main body, namely property management company, management work, improvement measures and future development trend of intelligent buildings.
