Teachers' duty is to teach and educate people. To do a good job in teaching and educating people, teachers can't do it without rich cultural and scientific knowledge and educational theory. Mr. Tao Xingzhi, an educator in China, once said: "If students want to learn, they must learn, and only a gentleman who never tires of learning can teach students who never tire of learning." He added: "A teacher should teach and learn at the same time, instead of buying and selling some knowledge all his life." Therefore, a teacher must do a good job in teaching and constantly strengthen his further study.
I graduated from a junior high school in the 1960s. According to the needs of career development, I have taught Chinese and mathematics in primary schools and Chinese and mathematics in junior high schools. In order to make myself have solid and generous basic knowledge and professional knowledge necessary for teaching, I studied hard by myself according to the principle of what to teach, what to lack and what to make up, and also participated in several correspondence studies. Sometimes in order to get a face-to-face opportunity, it is worthwhile to walk back and forth for fifty or sixty miles in rainy days. Because I know: if a teacher wants to give a student a glass of water, he must have a bucket of water first.
Teaching is not only an art, but also a science. Only by understanding the objective laws of education, being familiar with students' psychological characteristics, paying attention to scientific educational methods and mastering the art of shaping teenagers' minds can we achieve good educational results. Therefore, teachers' continuing education not only refers to continuing education in cultural knowledge, but also includes continuing education in educational theory. In the early 1980s, the rapidly developing situation put forward higher requirements for educators. I have spent time studying books such as Educational Psychology, Child Psychology, Advice to Teachers, etc. I have also read through various versions of primary school mathematics teaching methods, and used these theories to guide my teaching work, and also to guide my summary and improvement.
Textbooks are the main basis for teachers' teaching and the main channel for students to acquire knowledge and develop their abilities. It stipulates the main contents of teaching according to the syllabus, which plays a role in regulating and restricting teaching activities: it not only stipulates what teachers should teach, but also generally restricts how teachers should teach; It not only stipulates what students learn, but also limits how students learn in general. Teaching methods are restricted by teaching objectives, teaching contents and teaching object levels. Therefore, the choice of teaching methods can not be separated from the study of teaching materials and the understanding of students. Only by carefully analyzing the characteristics of teaching content and the relationship between before and after knowledge, combined with the actual level of students, can we find a good teaching method. When preparing lessons, I often pay attention to the focus of teaching on the connection between old and new knowledge. For example, fractional division with divisor as integer is based on students' mastery of integer division, which is also the basis of learning division with divisor as decimal. The key to mastering this knowledge is to align the decimal point of quotient with that of dividend. How to help students understand this arithmetic? When I first taught this part, I looked up the calculation rules of integer division in previous textbooks according to the sentence "divide by integer division" in the textbook. I started with reviewing the law of integer division, focusing on making students understand the meaning of the sentence "Except for the dividend, which one is written on", and then I used "Divide by the law of integer division" to link the old and new knowledge in the new lesson, so as to make students smooth.
Teaching research can solve the common problems on the surface and get quick results, but the experience gained is limited because it only studies some local phenomena for a short time under natural conditions. The significance of educational scientific research lies in finding and summarizing the empirical conclusions in teaching research in time, raising a large number of regular things in the conclusions to the theoretical level, making teaching and research enter the quantitative analysis in scientific research from qualitative description, making the conclusions more universal and making us better understand the objective laws of education. Therefore, with the deepening of educational reform, teaching research should gradually develop from empirical research to scientific research, and actively create conditions for educational research.
Starting from 1982, under the leadership of the county teaching and research section, in view of the general decline of mathematics scores in the third grade of primary school at that time, in order to improve the ability to solve applied problems and improve the quality of mathematics teaching in an all-round way, a follow-up experiment was carried out for a teaching class from the third grade to the graduation of primary school. The experimental results not only prove that the saddle-shaped phenomenon of primary school mathematics scores can be overcome, but also find a set of methods to improve the teaching of application problems and improve students' ability to solve application problems. The experimental report was published in the internal journal of Jiangsu Academy of Educational Sciences and the magazine of primary school mathematics teachers in Shanghai.
The ultimate goal of teaching reform is to improve teaching quality. There are two ways to improve teaching quality: one is to engage in "overtime" and "crowd tactics" to win more than less; One is to improve teaching methods, make full use of 40 minutes in class to organize teaching, and not increase students' academic burden. The former is against the law of education, which can only increase students' academic burden and is not conducive to their all-round development and healthy growth. The latter method is exactly what we are pursuing. Generally speaking, students are strictly required to listen carefully in class and complete a certain number of exercises; Let the students review and consolidate after class.
Demonstration of teachers' tasks and responsibilities 2. Tolerance is a bridge for people to communicate; Tolerance is the bond of mutual trust; Tolerance is the window to people's hearts.
When I quarrel with my parents, I also think about running away from home, making my parents anxious and letting them know my importance. But after every time, I feel stupid, just to quarrel with my parents, but there is no need to run away from home.
In fact, if my parents or I were tolerant of each other at that time, maybe our feelings would be more cordial and we wouldn't quarrel, so tolerance is a bridge for communication between people. As long as we tolerate each other, we will tolerate ourselves, and we will become more intimate.
Friends need tolerance more to have a long-term friendship. I remember that time, my friends spoke ill of me behind others' backs, saying that I would have a bad influence on them. This remark comes from a friend. I can't believe it. I am such a good friend. Although she didn't tell me these words herself, I chose not to be her friend. After a long time, I recalled what I had done recently, and I began to feel.
After a long time, she took the initiative to find me. "I know and hear that I speak ill of you behind your back. This is my fault. I shouldn't speak ill of you behind your back. I will tell you face to face next time. " "There is nothing wrong with you, my friend. I was really wrong. Say it in front of me if you have anything. Such a good friend of ours can't stand these words? "
Mutual forgiveness makes us trust each other more and more.
Forgiveness is something that all of us should have. Learning to forgive others is also forgiving yourself.
We should forgive others, which will also bring us benefits. Please learn to forgive others.
